Tacoma 1 bed/bath apartment with kitchen and laundry!
Relax in a scenic, serene setting in Tacoma. This is a private 1 bed, 1 bath in our single wide manufactured home we use as a guesthouse with full kitchen and Laundry. Free parking and Private yard. Separate from our main house.
Come experience a stay in our family friendly guest house. For the health and comfort of all, no pets are allowed in the guest house. Thank you for your understanding. Bedroom has a Queen size bed, a dresser, nightstands and closet space. The living area is the perfect place to relax with the family or simply sit and read a book or stream your favorite shows on a 55 inch smart TV. The couch pulls out into a bed and stows away during the day to provide a social sitting area. Full kitchen with dishwasher to cook and entertain during your stay!
PLEASE NOTE: Owners live onsite in main house. The guesthouse is a manufactured unit we use for STR and has a completely separate entrance from main house. This unit can also be rented as a 2 bed/bath see my other listing.
