Welcome to our resplendent, recently remodeled building, including two 3BR/3BA townhouses. Fresh and zany pops of color contrast with sleek new furnishings and fixtures for an enriching home palate.

Inside the cavernous spaces, each room seems larger than the last. You and your retinue can spread out and expect luxurious comfort and all the details you'll need to make your stay in St. Louis a memorable one.

On the first floors, wander through multiple sitting rooms, two fully-equipped kitchens, and spacious dining areas.

Clamber up to the second stories and find all three bright and tranquil bedrooms in each. The cherry on top? Each floor features outdoor wooden decks so you can appreciate the view of the neighborhood.

LIVING ROOMS
A vivid maximalist interior design decks these lovely spaces, filled out with carefully picked amenities and beset with beautiful white-embossed baseboards and window casings. The living rooms are furnished with a suspended Smart TV for entertainment, plush colossal sofas, handsome reading chairs and an art-deco style carpets.

Archways and sliding doors lead into a fabulously arranged sitting rooms showcasing a vintage sofas, fur-accented chairs and a myriad of multi-sized tables splayed on distressed Persian rugs. Gather your crew and sip cocktails while you engage in meaningful conversation, play a party game, or dish the dirt.

KITCHEN & DINING
The fully-equipped kitchens and dining areas unite creating an intimate restaurant feeling. The kitchens feature an abundance of state-of-the-art cooking amenities and granite countertops at your disposal. Stock up on fresh ingredients and look forward to prepping some local cuisine in between restaurant visits.

Serve your scrumptious vittles buffet-style on the kitchen counter, outlined by grandiose columns and indulge at the wooden dining table for an old-fashioned style dinner.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS – 3 BEDROOMS
On the second floors, retire to one of the six oases that offer resort-like comforts with tasteful flourish. The masters feature king-sized beds and plush benches, and ensuite access to full bathrooms and private wood balconies. The other bedrooms offer queen size beds and indoor benches as well to accommodate luggage or personal accoutrements. All rooms are adorned in bright colors with bold modern accents .

BATHROOMS
The master bedroom offers direct access to the master bath, replete with two sinks and a shower and bathtub. Another full bathroom on the second floor caters to two other bedrooms, and features a window. The first floor boasts another full bathroom that can be accessed from the kitchen.

OUTDOOR AREAS
If you’d like to catch some fresh air, step outside to the private deck or master balcony to savor lovely views of the serene neighborhood, perhaps over a morning cup of coffee or an evening libation.

PARKING
This home includes four free spots in the designated parking pad behind the home. You may also park in front of the home, directly across the street, for no charge.

The Neighborhood:
Just minutes from Barnes Hospital, Cortex, Forest Park, and IKEA, as well as home to countless restaurants, shops, music venues, and microbreweries, and with easy access to nearby HWY 64/40, The Grove is arguably St. Louis' coolest AND best-located neighborhood.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car with most highways conveniently nearby. You can also use the Metrolink light rail system to get to many major attractions. Metro's efficient light rail system offers stops throughout the city.

St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

GUEST VETTING
ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.

PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING
This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to reasonable levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc., verifies the identity of guests, and checks criminal databases in order to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived, while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $78 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as “Trust & Safety Fee” or “Management Fee”.


NIGHTLY PRICING
Our goal is to provide each guest with a wonderful stay at a great value. The nightly price has been pre-discounted based on the market value of your requested dates.

EXTRA GUEST FEE
For groups of more than 7 guests, please note the extra guest fee of $15/person/night starting with the 8th guest. This fee is automatically applied based on your guest count.

COVID-19 CLEANING CERTIFIED
The entire ABODEbucks team has completed "Health, Cleaning, Disinfecting and Personal Protective Equipment for Workers who Clean Vacation Rental Homes" certification and have been trained on today's best practices to keep guests safe and healthy by following strict and elevated cleaning guidelines. You can rest a bit easier when staying with ABODEbucks.

HOUSE RULES
This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.
- Primary renter must be 25+ years old
- Pets are not permitted on the property
- No smoking inside the home
- No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
- No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
- Quiet time is 10pm - 9am (including weekends).  The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
- Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
- Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.

As clients we where not taken care of
Not enough wash cloth and towels, dirty oven and stove wash mashine didnt work, wrong pass code for 1 side of the building front and back. Host texted me back but was resolved the issues that we had.

Central location for wedding guests and wedding day prep
Our daughter was married and had her rehearsal activities in the Forest Park area. This was a central location to everything. Lot's of restoration going on in the neighborhood, but felt safe at all times. Beds were great and the property mgt was really great to deal with at all times. Would stay here again.

Our son graduated from SLU and this property was the perfect location, size, and amenities for our family to stay and celebrate. Great communication during our stay to make sure we were comfortable. We would definitely stay at one of their properties again.

My son got married in St.Louis this weekend and I wanted all my kids and their families to stay together! We had a wonderful time together in this downtown home! It was clean and very nicely decorated!! We all loved it!! Very impressed! The neighborhood is definitely being renovated and you can see the potential and the future is bright!!
