Private covered parking for one compact vehicle. Please Note: Please Note: EV Charging unit available at $20, per 4-hour session upon request. Please contact the host to activate the EV service and/or discuss longer-hour sessions.

This place is located on .5 acre equestrian neighborhood, adjacent to Sherwood Forest in Northridge, CA. The unit is detached from the main house and fenced separately. This unit is approx. 850 sq. ft, with 10 ft. ceilings. Everything in this unit is BRAND NEW. It was built with an emphasis on quality and guest comfort in mind. In addition to insulation for energy efficiency, the interior walls of the building contain sound efficiency insulation as well as soundboard insulation. This is to ensure proper insulation and comfort for the guests.
