Spacious Hutchinson Island home in Indian River Point Association with heated neighborhood swimming pool, tennis court, dock and intracoastal views. 4 BR/3BA sleeps 7 people. Beautiful views of intracoastal from downstairs patio and upstairs deck allow for enjoyment of spectacular sunsets and occasional manatee and dolphin sightings. Great fishing from dock for a variety of fish species including snook, speckled trout, sheepshead to name a few and you are ½ mile walk/bike/drive to Atlantic Ocean beach. Convenient to quaint Downtown Jensen Beach and Downtown Stuart as well as many restaurants, beaches, golf courses, conservation areas, deep sea and intracoastal fishing charters and shopping. Open concept kitchen and great room creates a fun home base for your adventures in the Stuart area. Less than an hour drive to Palm Beach International Airport or 2 hours to Orlando International Airport and Disney attractions. Amenities include cable/smart TV’s, WIFI, chef’s kitchen, 2 bicycles and all you will need to enjoy your Treasure Coast vacation experience.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please start load of all towels and dry if time permits. Put all sheets by washer
Empty fridge and dispose of all food.
All trash in pails in garage. If departing on Monday or Thursday please put all trash /recycling out before 7:00am.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If you use the gas grill , please clean with brush after use. Thank You.
Association now allows pick-up trucks. They cannot have commercial signage on them.
Association rules and regulations will be posted at the home for your convenience.

Memorial Weekend Getaway

We rented this amazing house with beautiful views. Super comfortable and well equipped with everything. Great location. We had a great time at the sandbar. Our boat ride was just like 20 min fromThe house to the sandbar. We would definitely go back to stay. Great kitchen and beds super comfortable. Overall, we had an amazing time.

Jensen Beach Joy

Even though the weather was colder at the end of our week, we were able to enjoy the house, the beach, the Childrens Center, and aquariums! My son and grandson also enjoyed local fishing.

Excellent vacation rental

The house was large, clean, quiet and in a great location. Water front views with swimming pool and tennis court in the complex. We really enjoyed our stay. Great cycle paths along the beach road. We travelled with 2.5yr old and 8month old. The owners allowed us to put up baby gates. The owners called and checked on our arrival which was nice of them. We recommend this accomodation!

Pictures do not do justice!

We we were blown away with this meticulously clean home as soon as we entered the front door! Pictures definitely did not do justice for this home. The kitchen is extremely stunning and spacious, the intercoastal views from the wrap-around balcony and patio were relaxing, all 3 bathrooms are exquisite. The beds were all comfortable, closets were spacious especially in the master bedroom. There was plenty of linens, kitchen appliances, and outdoor fun. The pool and tennis courts were not even 75 yards at the end of the street and very tranquil. You will not be disappointed staying in this home!

Immaculate well-equipped house with gorgeous views and great proximity to beaches & restaurants.

Comfortable but well-appointed home with beautiful woodwork and expansive kitchen countertops. Upper balcony delightful for viewing the intercoastal and stargazing. Bicycles were a bonus that were particularly enjoyed by our daughter and her husband. Spices on hand were appreciated for our home cooked meals.

Beautiful

The house was beautiful. Easy access to stores, restaurants and beach. We had a wonderful time at the house and in the town. The house was well stocked with basic essentials. The neighborhood was quiet and everyone we encountered was friendly. The pool was clean and not over crowded. We would definitely rent this home again, even wish I could live there permanently :) The hosts did a great job providing a clean and comfortable home.

Review of property

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here, beautiful home, kitchen well equipped, appreciate providing linen and towels, access to pool and dock. Their was one inconvenience with an ant infestation as we were coming in, we bought traps and sprays, ended up being problematic throughout most of the stay, other than that your home is great and we appreciate the opportunity we had to stay here.

An amazing House--VERY CLEAN and CONVENIENT

First, the communication with Heidi and Ken both before and during our stay was terrific! The House was clean and well maintained! Kitchen was large with a ton of counterspace! View of the water was amazing. Having a Washer/Dryer allowed us to pack light. Convenient to anything...1 mile from the beach. Grocery was two miles and great restaurants on both sides of the bridge! We will definitely stay here again! Thanks Heidi and Ken for sharing your wonderful house!!!

We are active people and love to be near the salt water and all the activities. We also own a rental home in Scarborough Maine, one house back from the ocean (HA 119821).

Why they chose this property

We purchased this home in 2019 after spending time in different areas of Florida searchin out our perfect retirement venue. We love the water, salt-water fishing and all that a beach front town has to offer. Jensen Beach offers us everything we were looking for. We have found that Hutchinson Island, and Jensen Beach is not as busy and hustle-bustle as other areas. We just love it here and come when we are able. We hope you love and enjoy it too.
