The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If not in use, please turn lights off. Close the slide door behind yourself. DO NOT walk through closed blinds. DO NOT open windows.DO NOT prop the storm door open.
If the Air or Heat is on, please keep the doors and windows closed. The thermostat will remain set at a certain temperature. DO NOT touch the thermostat.
Do NOT park in the yard. No Parties nor Events are allowed. Quiet time is at 9 PM. Please remove all belongs. Take unused food with you. All trash should go inside the trash can before you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Two surveillance cameras outside (Audio/Video). Checks for security; and guests accuracy. NO VISITORS ALLOWED, you will be asked to leave. No REFUND.
NO noises between 9pm-0600 am. No SMOKING in house, you will be charged extra $100. No PETS, you will be charged $500 and ask to leave.
There is a charge for any damage, torn, broken or items taken from the house. No access to garage, closet in loft and closet in master bedroom.

Great property and Location. She even had breakfast in the refrigerator for us. Home was very clean. Just wish we had access to the garage we were on motorcycles. That been said I would definitely stay again. Thanks

The Hills

The house was beautiful very clean and are our host provided groceries for us to prepare breakfast. It was amazing truly she out did herself. We had 10 people total at the house and it was very beautiful. Our hosts would keep in touch with us and she would respond to the needs if we needed any. I hope to stay there again or at one of her other properties. Hill family

Very comfortable and clean home

I stayed here with some family members for a family reunion in the area. There was 11 of us total. Everyone was comfortable. The home is immaculate. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Felicia was very nice and accomodating. She was quick to respond to any questions we had. It was close to I-95, restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay here again. Great place! Great Host! Close to Savannah

House claims it would sleep 12. I do not consider recliners as a bed. Not enough space for 12 to sit for a meal. No extra chairs or table. No toaster. No enough silverware even though she knew we had 12. Charged 50 dollars per night for 2 kids for the 7 night stay. No enough toilet paper for 12 people. Had to call. Outside seating was 2 chairs and a small table. House had too many items that could easily get broken. Which they did. Owner claims we brought roaches into house. She charged us for damages. We paid said charges then she filed a claim against us. With VRBO.

In response to Ms Frances review of my home. In respect, each person that makes the Reservation, has to agree with the listing in order to reserve the property. I spoke to Ms. Frances months after she reserved the house on sleeping arrangements. She agreed. I purchased an extra air mattress for her group before her arrival. The listing states that anyone over 10 guests may sleep on the chase or recliners. She had plenty of time to cancel. There were 4 extra chairs to sit on in the house before her arrival. I do not illustrate a toaster on my listing. Yes, I have a small patio set. The house has several utensils and dishware, and I even offer plastic utensils, plates and cup. She failed to mention once running out of tissue, I purchased and dropped off more. The listing states there is a $50 charge per person per night over the allotted 10, the max guests is 15. Ms Frances brought roaches to my home than lied about doing so. A claim was placed against Ms Frances. I would not host her again, nor would I refer her.

Great home near the airport, comfortable, great for group of 10!

We were surprised at how much space this house really had. We were able to comfortably fit 10 of us in the house (with individuals sharing beds and utilizing the air mattress). The beds and couches/chairs were comfortable and the 2.5 baths were great for 10 of us. There were 2 TVs and a sitting room upstairs near the bedroom, which allowed people to spread out a little. The kitchen had almost everything you could possibly need and the host supplied food and ingredients to make continental breakfast (including eggs)! The host also supplied soaps, shampoo, toothpaste, and mouthwash. The only things missing were dishwasher detergent and a recycling bin, but we were able to make do! The décor choices were interesting but created a Savannah atmosphere. Although we didn't receive preliminary instructions for checking in and getting set up (I had to reach out for key access and WiFi password) the host was wonderful to speak with, accessible, responsive, and friendly. There is a laundry room as well as access to the community gym and pool, which also met our group's needs! This location was very close to the airport but about a 20-25 minute drive to the city center. Ubers were abundant and inexpensive when split with a group ($42ish for an UberXL that fit 6 people, so $7 each). Just something to keep in mind when planning. I would definitely stay here again!

The house was in a great area for shopping and restaurants.

Great House

I did not personally stay at this property but my family did and they said that the house was beautiful and had lots of space. There was a little mishap over the capacity limit that was quickly settled. The owner was in constant communication and was very easy to reach when needed.

We had an awesome time at "Take a Chance" and Ms. Felicia was the best host. She made sure we were comfortable and had all we needed! Also, Ms. Felicia purchased breakfast items for us as "Thank you" for choosing her property! I will recommend this property to all my friends and family members! Very Nice Home for a Getaway

This home was clean and in a very nice, conveniently located neighborhood. Linens and towels were provided, which was helpful. The kitchen was stocked with utensils, pans, etc and we were able to cook at the house a good bit. Felicia was very responsive when we had questions. The house comfortably sleeps 10 between the four beds and the very nice air mattress provided. We ended up needing to bring an additional air mattress to accommodate our 11th guest.
