This fantastically located 1 bedroom apartment is in the heart of Cabo Roig and all of the entertainment it offers as well convenience to all amenities! The apartment is in a private block on the 3rd floor giving you security and amazing views to the Med! On entering there is a family bathroom on the right and a fully fitted kitchen with all you need on the left. A very spacious double bedroom just past on the right with built-in wardrobes as well an entrance to the balcony to be served your morning coffee. The large living room has a comfy “L” shape sofa to lounge on while enjoying the full UK TV package and FREE WIFI. There is plenty of room for 4 to dine as well. The apartment has a fantastic communal pool just outside if the door also! In short, a perfect location just along the Cabo Roig strip to have an amazing holiday!

Cabo Roig is a great place to call home for your holidays in Spain. On the strip there is a huge amount of restaurants and bars to suit any taste and all within a few minutes walk! If golfing there are numerous course all within a 15 minute drive such as Las Ramblas, Campoamor, La Romero and more!!!! For the sun worshipper, there is the local Cabo Roig beach a few minutes walk away and now you can stroll along the promenade all the way to La Zenia so many beaches within a short walk to enjoy. If you want to shop, the largest shopping mall in Europe - Zenia Boulevard is a short drive away also with all high street shops and many places to dine. Centrally located makes this really the perfect destination for you well deserved holidays!

As with all In The Sun Holidays properties, a free starter pack of coffee, tea, sugar, milk, water and juice plus wine or sangria is included in your rental.

Cabo Roig visit

The booking process was excellent and few queries were answered quickly. The apartment was clean, secure with everything we needed and just behind the main strip area. The apartment owners might think about “supplying” a couple of sun beds for pool area as surrounding beaches( Cabo Roig, Cala Capitan and La Zenia beaches) did not have any sun beds for hire when we were there in late May

the property was a good location. a few things in my opinion that are needed, bedroom replacement shutters as the sun comes in the room 1st thing in the morning. the hairdryer blows warm air. and a mirror and shelve in the the bedroom for a hairdryer etc. a few shelves in the bathroom, and a couple of beach chairs.

Only 1 small towel and one large towel provided to last a week when I asked the person in charge I was advised it’s self catering. Similarly no sun loungers only one battered old folding chair. Unwashed cup in cupboard and chipped glasses.

To start, any place you go you get 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel, even a hotel. Yes it is self catering. There is a washing machine. Perhaps you should stay in a 6 star hotel on your next holiday and be pampered

The location was excellent and checking In couldn’t have been better.Kitchen had everything you need though apartment was a bit dated and dark it was clean and comfy. .low quality bed linen and no mattress protector is unacceptable everyone sweating straight into the mattress.😩 The sheets were so thin you could see the mattress pattern through it.pillows and pillowcases were not much better very uninviting.Bathroom flooded everytime you used the shower.

Fantastiskt. Otroligt bra läge med närhet till mataffären och bargatan bara 3 minuter bort. En härlig promenad längs stranden och 15 minuter så fanns en underbar strand med restaurang och bar. Härlig havsutsikt från balkongen på tredje våningen. Tyst och stilla på natten. Rekommenderas varmt.

Gut, aber nicht für jeden etwas.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man kommt schnell überall hin, und zu Fuß ist man in unter 5 Minuten bei Zahlreichen Restaurants und Geschäften. Von dem Gemütlichen und großen Balkon kann man das Meer sehen. Leider kann man dort aber nicht Duschen, ohne das Badezimmer teilweise zu fluten! Wir haben uns mühe gegeben, aber ganz ohne nassen Boden geht es leider nicht. Das besteck und geschirr war teilweise verschmiert. Der Wasserkocher war sehr verkalkt, also nicht zu benutzen (das liegt aber an dem Leitungswasser dort). Leider weder Schwamm noch Spüllappen vorhanden. Der Haartrockner fing beim einschalten direkt an zu qualmen und sehr heiß zu werden. (Hier könnte mal ein neuer her). Das Bett ist leider sehr schmal, ich schätze 140cm, für 2 schmale leuten nicht unbedingt ein problem. Alles in allem kann man sich dort Wohlfühlen.

Shops, bars and restaurants on the door step The sea is at the end of the road but the nearest beach is a 15 min walk Apartment had everything we needed although little things like a mirror in the bedroom and seats for by the pool would have made it perfect Check in was easy although we didn’t get email instructions till the day before

El apartamento es idéntico a lo que vemos en sus fotografías

Apartamento pequeño, pero acogedor que tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días como si estuvieras en casa. Al estar en un piso elevado te permite aislarte del entorno y descansar. En mi caso no tengo nada que objetar al apartamento, ni al trato que me han brindado los propietarios, solo puedo considedarar poco grato la actitu de los vecinos que han sido excesivamente ruidosos y poco considerados con la convivencia de los vecinos durante el tiempo de mi estancia, aunque eso es algo ocasional no relacionado con el apartamento en sí y que supongo está condicionado por el momento en que viajas a la zona.

Correct mais un peu vieillot

Bien situé. Bonne literie. Canapé ok. Sunbeds cassés ( J'ai du en racheter). Produits d'entretien, sacs poubelles : ok. Climatisation ok. Peut -être un peu cher car assez vieux.

Merci d'avoir pris le temps de revoir. Malheureusement, nous ne fournissons pas de chaises longues car les gens les cassent simplement et ne les remplacent pas comme vous l'avez dit. Je suis content que toutes les commodités soient bonnes, oui, il s'agit peut-être d'un appartement ancien mais en parfait état et beaucoup moins cher qu'un hôtel, d'autant plus qu'il se trouve sur la plage. En general bien

Para una o dos personas está muy bien. He echado en falta algunos utensilios de cocina ( algo escasos) y algunos estaban en malas condiciones para utilizarse ( en concreto una sartén enrobinada) . Como sugerencia estaría bien uno o dos taburetes para desayunar o comer en la cocina. Zona tranquila, aunque es cierto que fui en el mes de mayo.
