Casa próxima a praia,muito agradavel
A casa acomoda confortavelmente 20 pessoas. Passamos um revellonu agradável, numa casa próximo à praia. Piscina , churrasqueira . Os quartos são confortáveis. Os de baixo não tem espaço para colchões, em compensação os de cima são enormes. Tivemos alguns problemas domésticos que foram resolvidos prontamente pelo proprietário sr. Carlos. Pessoa super prestativa. Eu passei dias super agradáveis nesse casa. Pretendo voltar na próxima oportunidade

Péssimo estado de conservação
Casa precisando de manutenção urgente! A geladeira além de suja (mofada) não gela. O freezer da área da piscina não funciona. O forno elétrico também não funciona direito. O ventilador de teto de um dos quartos também não funciona. Banheiros com problema de entupimento e vazamento. Faltam eletrodomésticos como liquidificador, por exemplo. Enfim, a casa tem estrutura para acomodar muitas pessoas, mas não está nas condições mínimas desejadas.

perfect place fpr more the 10 people
The house is perfect for a large tour group. We were 11 people at the World Cup three weeks in the house and were completely satisfied. The house and property is much bigger than you can see it in the pictures. The house is in great condition. to find no defects!
The owner (Carlos) is super nice and helpful and came because of small problems within a short time past. Otherwise, you had your peace. The maid and cook were also great.
I have been very satisfied in the three weeks and can be 100% recommend the house.
Beach, restaurants, a small supermarket, bars, bus stop as in the description on foot within a few minutes. A large supermarket is within walking distance in about 15 minutes.
Electricity and water was also calculated fair. I have nothing to complain about.
