We absolutely loved our time there. The place is clean, comfortable and relaxing! There are so many restaurants nearby that you don't even have to worry about cooking (and SO MANY HEALTHY choices as well). The host is Amazing!!!

Great beachfront home away from home!

So easy to watch sunrises on the beach- I loved the garage door opener that allowed me to slip into the apartment safely after dark- this unit is spacious, clean, and comfortable and wonderfully equipped with everything you need for the beach and your dog. Will definitely stay again-

Outstanding host and place.

We really enjoyed your place. Great location right on the beach. The place had everything we needed and more. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. We were not able to sit outside due to the weather, so the garage was a great location from the weather. I would recommend this place if you want a great vacation.

Great Location!

This property is in a great location. It’s not super clear that unit C is not ocean front. The unit B property is the ocean front unit. Although the amenities were shared, the set up made it feel as though you were using their area. Unit C opens on the side & the area outside could use some cleaning, etc to make that more enjoyable. Unit A is an existing business, which is in the front center & the set up was awkward. Our front door opened with a direct view to their office. The place served our needs which was to be on the beach for the 4th of July.

Not Beachfront

Unit was on side of Commercial/Residential Property. Had dream of sitting in front of beach listening to waves but those seats were already taken. Had to walk through other guests patio to get to beach. Wife would not walk past their bedroom windows at night. Walkway to beach was also covered in organic ball bearings (sea grapes) very dangerous. No way human or animal could get comfortable on that couch. Think it was backseat of a Yugo mounted on a bench. Left halfway through stay. At first wished we had got oceanfront unit but then we would have people walking by our windows and through our patio. To stay on the side of a building with no Ocean view. Hilton is a few blocks down the street for half the price with breakfast.

Hi Michael, the homeowners were surprised to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to clarify the following: - In regards to location, the unit is directly on the ocean although it faces the conservation Green Space on the side, not the ocean. To get to the beach, guests do have to walk through the shared patio but this is no different than the Hilton down the street. - We value the comfort of our guests and we're sorry that the couch was not your preference. We do have two leather recliners in the living room that are extremely comfortable for guests' use. - Prior to your arrival, we had communicated with you in providing you a detailed explanation of how the property was laid out. - There are several beautiful grape trees all around the property and during this time of the season, berries tend to drop. We will communicate with the Lawn Company to tend to the trees so the berries don't drop on the sidewalk. - Communication is highly important to us and we reached out to ensure you were welcomed. We wish you had reached out to us during your stay if there were any issues you needed to be addressed. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately. Thank you for sharing your insights. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Little Slice of Paradise

The property was very Clean and comfortable everything you would need was included. It was close to shopping restaurant’s we felt very much at home. The very best part was just steps away from a Beautiful Beach. And Very affordable!! We will stay here again!!

Relaxing Beach Vacation

My husband and I shared a relaxing 5-day beach vacation at this location. The apartment is large and very clean. The kitchen was well appointed and easy to keep clean. We loved the little details that were offered right down to the items for our four legged family member. The only disappointment was that this unit did not have any water views but the view from the back yard is phenomenal. We would stay at this location again.

Spacious unit with lots of amenities...steps from the beach

Stayed three nights in the rear unit; beautiful one bedroom/2 bathroom apartment with attached garage parking. Fully stocked kitchen, every possible need for the beach, including umbrella and picnic basket, hand sanitizer and related supplies basket, laundry machines, games, puzzles, books, dvds, kuerig coffee maker, beach chairs at the end of the beach stairs and a picnic table with an adorable mini chimnea in the private side yard. Only slight downside was walking out a side door and out through the beach side patio that goes with the front rental unit.

Much Needed Getaway

An absolutely wonderful experience! The place was very clean, pet friendly & even had little Xmas touches - very charming. Could walk right out and down to the beach or sit at the picnic table & listen to the waves. Communication from the manager was prompt, thorough and friendly. We highly recommend and will be back!

Great Beach proximity

The beach is just steps away from a rear entrance to the unit. Although somewhat awkward access through the 2nd bathroom and around AC units. Unit was spacious for a one bedroom, with an open living area, included fully applianced kitchen with limited eating table space. The view was of a side wooded lot with no beach view as was alluded to in the VRBO advertising. Overall the location is perfect with perfect ocean access and many restaurants and shops. We were fortunate to see 2 space launches while there and it was perfect view.
