The house is right beside the Island Way restaurant, Sea Horse Bar, and Ocean Crest Pier. It is perfect for a large group or two families. It has a duplex layout with a large adjoining door between the East and West side. Each side has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a kitchen and den. Each den has a sleeper sofa. The house faces due South, so at certain times of the year you can watch both the sunrise and sunset over the water. The view of the pier, where surfers also congregate, is one of the things that makes this house special. The house has 5G wireless and two 55 inch Samsung TV's in the dens. There are also smart TV's in both master bedrooms with adjoining baths. The house has 8 poly-wood rockers on a shaded porch, and an outside shower. Linens and Departure cleaning service are included in your rental.

Nice location right no the beach. Whole house set up was perfect for our group of 7. Was clean and had everything we needed. Property could definitely use a refresh to make things a bit nicer. Overall, though, a great stay and nice family time at the beach.
Location was outstanding! This was not our first visit to the island but first time beachfront.
Check-in and linen service was excellent.
Beach access was as good as it gets, right out the front door!
The size and offerings were just as expected.
Issues, on several occasions we found roaches, palmetto bugs etc. The condition was not what we would have expected with a "recent extensive renovation". The condition of the flooring and deck left much to be desired. After purchasing oysters one night we were disappointed that the grill advertised was not available but a neighbor was accommodating and loaned us theirs.
Overall a very pleasant visit and would consider a return trip but the increase in rates for the area will likely shift our focus elsewhere.

Thank you for the feedback.
We have a quarterly pest service that includes retreatment as required. The local property management company coordinates this whenever they receive complaints.
The flooring was replaced 4 years ago, but has not held up well. We are planning to replace the flooring this December.
There is a Weber Charcoal Kettle grill in the storage area under the house. All guests should receive a key to the storage area upon check-in. The grill may have had a cover on it and not been easily noticeable.
