Absolutley amazing view. The property was very clean and maintained. There was plenty of room for our large family of 20. The RV hook up was a plus. We really enjoyed the large back patio area with plenty of seating. Our family is already planning another trip there for next year. Everyone had a great time. Shout out to the hosts! Thank you!

Our family Summerfest. Can't remember how many times we have come to this house. Four year old great granddaughter, makes up songs about the "lake house". We will be back for our Thanksmas in December.

We have stayed here 5 years in a row with all our kids and grandkids. It’s become a yearly family tradition. The grandkids talk about it all year waiting for the next time. The solar screens on the back windows was great to keep it nice and cool inside during the day. One suggestion to put lights on the dock for fishing or sitting on the dock after dark.

This is our 4th year to stay at this property. We have our family girls weekend with 17 gals staying from ages 1 yr to 80. It is such a great place. Very clean and has plenty of room for everyone to sleep and shower. Has all the kitchen items you need to make food and the double ovens are perfect for feeding that many people, We love the huge kitchen, living room and dining area. The 2 bedrooms upstairs is wonderful with three queen beds in each and a bathroom in each area too. There is a twin bed in another room. Downstairs the master bedroom is huge and the bathroom in there is awesome!!! The 5th bedroom has a nice queen bed and adjoining bathroom that leads into the hallway which is nice for everyone to use downstairs. We enjoy sitting in rocking chairs and eating at the picnic tables on the big back porch looking out over the lake. At night the little lights that are in the trees makes it so nice to sit and enjoy the evening. The dock is a great place to sit and fish off of if you like. The parking area is great too. We have had as many as 8 cars parked there with plenty of room. We look forward to staying each year. If you want a nice place to stay and relax I highly recommend this beautiful home. Shopping is convenient and the neighborhood is very nice too. The host is so easy to contact and very helpful. Thank you again for the great memories for our family.

The property was exceptional in all aspects! The home was furnished very comfortably, the kitchen was outstanding and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The lake view was gorgeous, the wildlife phenomenal and the surrounding neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Would definitely be a property we would consider again for our family get togethers.

Our family was very happy with the space and privacy of this beautiful home. The wide open view of the lake was stunning, especially at sunset, and we were soon enjoying the habit of sitting out on the porch watching the kids play every morning and afternoon. It was a little chilly and we wished the fireplace was working, but maybe next time! The grandkids are already campaigning for another visit!! We are so grateful for the time we had together here in this exceptional property.

This has to be the cleanest, well stocked, perfectly managed short term rentals we have stayed in, in a long time. I needed an iron, and I couldn’t find one anywhere in the house. Within 30 minutes Bridgette was knocking on the door with an iron. Completely unnecessary, but greatly appreciated. The house was very spacious for 15 adults and 2 kids, inside and out. Great rental! Check out downtown Granbury. There is an antique store, boutiques, and even a farmer’s market. Highly recommend House of Sunsets!

It was a great place to gather for our ladies church retreat. A lot of seating inside and outside of the home. Didn't need to go anywhere. It was the perfect place to fellowship with our sisters in Christ.

This is a lovely house for a large group who like to stay in one place. The view of the lake from the back patio is beautiful. Wonderful place to enjoy coffee in the mornings. The house has everything one needs for preparing large meals and plenty of seating. We enjoyed our weekend here while attending a family wedding.
