Quiet, natural setting in the rolling dunes of North Eastham, just 500' from private neighborhood association swimming beach on Cape Cod Bay. Lovely bay breezes into the living room kitchen/dining area, deck and bedrooms - the house is light, bright and casual. Lower level is furnished with pool table, TV area and lots of space for overnight guests. There are tubes, sand and water toys available for your just wait till you see the sunset over the Bay. AC is also available to cool the house.
