The focus with this space is fun & value . Plenty of space with 4 bedrooms for a group of friends or even a few families traveling together . Located in a super cute building with "sneaky" ocean views and family owned storefronts on ground level that include : Ice Cream Shop, Pizza Shop , Breakfast Cafe' , Beachwear Boutique &Visitor Center !

Ocean views from balcony and adjoining bedroom . very walkable area right on ocean blvd and only 400 yards from the family kingdom park !

The host was great and very accommodating. It had a great view of the beach and the shops on the ground floor were very convenient. The only negative would be that the cleaning crew could've been a lil more thorough with making sure everything was clean (some dishes were still dirty and old food left in the microwave) but I would stay there again in the future.

Cousins Trip

The cousins that were able to make it on the trip said they enjoyed their stay & they loved how they were in the heart of a lot of attractions. Along with the fact that the condo was nice. Definitely will book again if the opportunity presents itself in the future.

We loved the inside it was spacious and up to date. The kitchen was perfect size and the balcony was great to see the ocean. We will be back to use this property again.

Very noisy at night

The location was superb, in walking distance to the beach and family kingdom park. The downside was the TVs in the bedroom were missing the remotes so we were unable to use them. There’s not enough seating inside the living room area. and it is very noisy at night, whoever sleeps by the main shriek, can hear everyone hanging out in the area.

Nice place!!

We had a wonderful time here. The only complaint would be the water pressure in the top floor bathroom and there should be something in the listing about how many flights of stairs there are for people unable to climb stairs. The location was great and Mr. Kyle was very pleasant and accommodating to our needs.
