Out the door onto the beach. Extensive views across the ocean to Seal Rocks. Short walk to shopping village, cafe’s and a medical centre . This accommodation is BYO linen & towels to keep our costs down.

Bluecrest 2 is the top floor of a beachfront property and is fully self-contained with a downstairs shared laundry and table tennis area.

Private BBQ for guest use on the veranda overlooking the beach.

This is the second time I've stayed at Bluecrest. This time I travelled with a bigger group and we rented Bluecrest 1 and 2. The price was very affordable, the accommodation was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed, it was sooo close to the beach, close to the local shops and the view was awesome. Marion is an amazing host - she gave me all the information I needed about my stay in clear emails and in a prompt manner which ensured an informed and stress free weekend. Of course, falling asleep at night to the sound of the ocean probably added to a relaxing time as well! I can't recommend Marion as a host and Bluecrest 1 and 2 highly enough - if you go, you won't be disappointed!

Glorious location

Wonderful location, amazing view with direct access to beach and close to shops/cafes. Nice host. It’s a little tired, and could use a makeover, esp bathroom, and tv wasn't working. But realistically, it was all about the getaway.

Yes the bathroom is old but everything is working well. We plan to update it. The television is working, it sounds like someone has fiddled with the wifi and now Netflix is not working. I’m not technically minded so will need to reset it. Marion.

Wonderfully relaxed

This property is well set up to suit your wishes, whether it's getting active and having fun, or simply relaxing in comfort. The host was great with communication and thoughtful with reminders about linen and towels. I would definitely recommend this property in terms of location, set-up, facilities and provisions. Hopefully we get to go back again soon.

Affordable slice of Heaven

Bluecrest is perfectly located on prime real estate to enjoy the best that Blueys has to offer. While pretty basic in its amenities offering, everything worked but we spent most of the time on the deck to enjoy the incredible view while eating. The BBQ is new and the games room in the garage offered hours of pool and ping pong fun. Beach access and short walk to the shops made for easy living, further helped by the host, Marion, who was most helpful and welcoming.

Beach house perfection

The house and location were perfect for me and 3 teenagers for our 5 night stay. Absolutely stunning views with direct access to the beach, perfect for whale watching, even from master bedroom. The house was super clean, we had everything we needed. The pool table and ping pong table were added bonuses. Marion and Terry were very helpful, responsive and accommodating.

Hidden treasure

We absolutely loved our stay, bluecrest isn’t a 5 star resort but is a hidden treasure. The view was breath taking and it had all the amenities. The open plan allowed our young family to spend time together and not feel cramped in. The location is like a true Aussie country beach, not to busy, plenty of space and a good takeaway just down the road. I would like to highly recommend but would worry that it was be is too much demand😊

Blueys rest

We wanted a few quiet days post Covid to catch up with the family. It was so relaxing . Bluecrest apartment is ideal for the family beach holiday. Very big inside, with all utensils you need and games. Marion was very quick to respond to my enquiries. Thank you Marion.

Great place to stay

Thie location of the house is magnificent and perfect for blowing the cobwebs away. We had booked a getaway that we had to move dates due to lockdown. Marion is a very accommodating and understanding host. The house isn’t super glamorous (as some in the area are) but has a lovely holiday beach house feel with everything you need for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend this property.

Loved Sitting on the balcony in the sun with our morning coffee, watching all the birds. An added bonus was a pod of dolphins that gave us a show. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Breathtaking View and Great Location

Fantastically well located next to the water and walking distance to shops and cafes. We missed an air con as unit can get very hot on a sunny day

If we put aircon in Bluecrest the rent would need to be higher to cover the high electricity costs we would be charged when guests leave the aircon on all day and night. We have decided to install ceiling fans in the lounge room and bedrooms.
