Amazing Vacation!

My family had a wonderful trip. The location was great, so easy to walk to the beach, restaurants, and bars!! Also extremely convenient to get to the airport since I had family members who flew in to join us. We would definitely stay again!!!

Awesome place!

It was very clean and there was easy access to the ocean. Very nice pool, basketball area, and pickleball/tennis area. Would recommend this place!

Awesome vacation spot!

I brought my 18 year old daughter & friends down for vacation! The communication with Chris was incredible! He made us all feel so welcome and gave us advice on places to go & sights around Myrtle. The condo was close walking distance to the beach and pier with a great view and comfy rocking chairs on the porch. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely rent again.

Photos are accurate of the property. 300 steps away from the beautiful beach, views of the beach and Family Amusement park. Central enough to walk to shop and eat and play. The condo was perfect, had everything we needed and didn't disappoint. We were able to check in an hour early and communicated easily with the property owner.

We had a hiccup with the initial welcome message not coming through, but the managers got us the info quickly after the issue was brought up. Property is very nice and even though it's not on the water, you can see the sunrise and the beach from the balcony!

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: "First, I would like to say I am sorry again for the inconvenience. You are right, and I take full responsibility for this unfortunate miscommunication. We let a relative stay for a bit, and there was a miscommunication on dates. They were supposed to leave the day of your arrival. Again I apologized; I felt horrible. My only recourse was to pay for your stay in another unit in the same building, plus gave you a portion of your money back. Both dinner and breakfast were also offered as a good gesture. I can say without hesitation this will not happen again. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience."

It was nice and had a great view of the ocean. We had no sheets for the sofa and love seat. It should have been part of the package. It was pretty nice, though.

Exactly What We Needed

Me and some friends were in town for a 3-day RC race event at BeachRC and this place was a prime location. We had no issues with any parts of the house as we're we're really only there to sleep and shower. It was the off season so no pool or hot tub available, but the beds were comfy, the water was hot, and the fridge kept my beers cold. It has a pretty good view of the sunrise over the water/horizon. Zero issues with critters, shootings, neighbors, or any other shenanigans. I've added this as a place to stay each time I get to come down. Thanks for providing a wonderful place to rest

Property managers were wonderful, Sean was amazing to work with he answered all of the questions I had. The location is in the center of a lot of attractions. If we had questions while there they got answered. We would stay here again. Sean and his partner were more helpful then the company evolve was. The only 2 suggestions I can make is that the master bedroom needs dark curtains not just the shear ones because it is pretty light in the room at dark you have all the street lights and the bed in the master bedroom is very hard I would suggest a new mattress

Decent place, great location

The condo was spacious and in a great location. It was nice to be within walking distance of the beach and have a great view of the ocean, as well as be within short driving distance from all of the places we wanted to visit! It was also clean and easy to access, and the property manager was responsive to my texts.There were a couple of comfort-related issues: the king-size mattress was not very comfortable (the kids seemed satisfied with the other beds), the A/C was not working because the chillers were due to be replaced (and we were not informed of this until I asked the property manager why the A/C wasn't working), and the outdoor shower was either not working or blocked off whenever we came back from the beach, so we couldn't wash the sand off before coming inside.That all being said, the comfort issues were minor enough that we would consider staying here again, as we enjoyed the space and location enough that we want to return to MB in the near future.

Nice little vacation condo

Short walk to easy beach access. Plenty of eats and shops in walking distance. The Family Kingdom noise was worse on the weekends but not bad. Maintenance staff on site everyday. The building was well kept. The Holiday Towers were pretty quiet but someone was around to provide solutions when needed. The owner was readily available when minor issues came up during our stay. Problems were solved when possible on a very short time line. Suggestions: bring beach umbrellas/chairs, extra toilet paper, trash bags, and maybe extra blankets/sheets if planing on using the sofa bed. Plan on using on site grills next to the pool during your stay.

Not a 5 star condo

This property was very disappointing! After traveling 12 hrs expecting a clean , welcoming environment that was not at all what I got. The property was very dirty and after about an hr of looking around getting situated we saw cockroaches. To make matters worse their was a huge crack in our window and 2 leaks in the master bedroom. One of those leaks was dripping on our blanket as we slept . This property needs a lot of work . The property owner would not give us a refund so we were stuck there. I will say that the property manager was very nice and really went if his way to make things right . He got a cleaning crew in there right away and a plumber.

Response from owner: "Hello Kerry, As I Appreciate your review and will take and have taken appropriate actions to correct it. Our condo is dear to us and keeping our 2nd home as clean and welcoming as possible is a top priority for us. We take your words seriously and will improve on the breakdowns that caused this week’s issues. - Please note, this leak was from a unit above us, and you were informed of that. I want to also note, we spent $500 on a plumber to conclude the leak was in fact from the upstairs unit. They had left their sliding glass door open during a serious downpour of tropical storm rain, but it is unfortunate, and we apologized. -After finding out the cleaning crew hadn’t had the time or provided the best service, we had them return immediately to re-clean to your standards. Dealing with the plumber and water leak from the upstairs unit did limit here time in the condo They admitted to this effect. You thanked us for the quick response. But once again Unfortunate and we apologize. I think my cleaning crew brought flowers to apologize. - -To address the broken window, Past renters cracked (not broke) the bedroom window, and finding a contractor/window repair man was difficult. We did have a window team ready to fix cracked glass in bedroom, but you decline to have them enter condo. We rescheduled for a future date so to not disrupt your vacation more than it had already been disrupted. -As for pest control, our building is prayed monthly, and when we found out what you saw we immediately called in a private crew to spray and eliminated pest. Also, very unfortunate and we feel horrible about this. WE have never seen Pest in our condo until you saw one. I’ll end this response with, we also refunded your family $500.00 to attempt to make amends for the inconveniences brought to your family’s vacation. Please know we have fixed all issues you have addressed and do wish you would give us another chance. Our place is great, and we do proudly maintain a premier host accommodation level. Thank your time and detailed description. Your review made it easier for us to address concerns. And again, we apologize for the cascade of issues you experienced. Most were out of our control and we have corrected them!"

Short Weekend Stay

Was there for sporting event for my husband. Manager was very pleasant to work with and very accommodating of our needs with early check in. The room was very well maintained and stocked with supplies for our stay. Convenient to everything and not long walk to beach.

First off, Chris was great. Very responsive and helpful! We arrived to the condo early and Chris checked in with the cleaners to see if they could accommodate- they did. The living room had a wall color change - no longer purple, white now. We brought our own sheets so we stripped the beds. In the master bedroom, when we took the fitted sheets off, there was strands of hair on the bed. We dusted them off, sprayed the bed and put our sheets on. Other beds were good. View was amazing. Condo is less than 0.5 miles away from beach. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay here again. Walking distance to stores and restaurants.

The condo was in great condition, staff was very friendly, enjoyed our stay

Everything was excellent, except for the master bedroom mattress. It has a sink in the middle. Consider replacing it for a new one.
