This first floor vacation rental is located 0.7 miles from Public beach access. The unit is on Collier Blvd, a great place to get out and explore. The sidewalks on Collier and through out Marco Island are friendly to walkers, runners and bikers. Provided are the things needed to enjoy the area such as a beach cart, beach umbrella, beach towels, bags, a cooler and more. Enjoy the beach all day long or take dinner and drinks to watch the sunset. In the evening, take a stroll to one of several nearby restaurants and enjoy the night air. The unit has two bedroom, each with a king size bed, and a queen size sofa bed in the living room to accommodate everyone. Tastefully designed with down comforters and quality linens, the beds are inviting at the end of a long day in the sun. The bathroom is well appointed with a glass enclosed shower and lots of soft towels. Common areas are modern, yet comfortable. A large flat screen Smart TV in the living room has cable and a DVD to keep guests entertained. We also have a sound bar speaker system in the living room that is Bluetooth compatible to pair your device and enjoy your own music playlist. One bedroom also contains a flat screen Smart TV and the unit has free WiFi. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals at home and a coffee/tea bar to make morning beverages. The common areas of the property are impeccably kept with a heated pool and a recreation room to enjoy. Laundry facilities are centrally located and a gas grill is located at the pool for your use. We can't wait to host you on your Marco Island vacation!

We stayed at Fran and David’s condo for almost 3 months. Everything was wonderful. The furnishings were perfect and location can’t be beat. They were extremely responsive to any questions and checked in often to make sure everything was going well. Would enthusiastically recommend their unit!

We have been residents of Marco Island for over 25 years and have enjoyed raising our family on The Island. We both work, but are always available by text or phone.
Why they chose this property
We love the quaint, nostalgic feel of this condominium. We knew we wanted something close to the beach because that is what visitors love about Marco Island. We were so excited to purchase this property and then update the entire unit with a warm, modern decor. The property has retained the nostalgic feel and reminds me of Florida before giant high rise condominiums. There are only nine buildings in our complex so the common areas are not crowded even in the winter high season. The location is perfect and the road it is located on has a great feel with lots of foot and bicycle traffic even at night. It is also walking distance to a number of local restaurants allowing guests to enjoy a leisurely walk to dinner or breakfast. We know our guest will love this space and we did our best to make a vacation property that exceeds expectations.
