Great place!

The house matched the photos and was very clean. The spacious deck and screened porch were great hang out places. An added bonus were the nice appliances. Checking in and out was easy, and it was an overall good experience. Highly recommend.

Fun in the sun with son and grand daughters

Overall , we really enjoyed our stay Very nice and cosy house with a large deck in the back. 20 minutes walk Near Footbridge beach between Ogunquit and Moody Beach. Also the river at high tide where you can do kayak or paddle board (bring your own). Very quiet neighborhood even though we are near the action and stores. Nice walk to the Marginal way overlooking the sea. We intend to come back .

Wonderful and peaceful

This location was great! There was plenty of space for the kids to run around and play lawn games. The neighborhood was nice and quiet yet close enough to town that we could walk. We would definitely look into staying here again!

Great home in a beautiful beach community

34 Belm Lane is a wonderful home with space for 9 people. It has a magnificent deck (with a tiny sliver of visible ocean!), a great screened porch, which the kids took over in the evenings - which is also great for depositing beach paraphernalia. There is even an outdoor shower to rinse off sand before coming in the house. The kitchen was clean and easy to use; the king size bed in the master bedroom downstairs was dreamy, and the cross ventilation from windows had a lovely cool breeze keeping us cool at night (there is a wall-mounted AC unit in the living room and an attic fan). Overall, lovely house. A bit far from the main beach - about a mile walk - but we enjoyed the walking each day. Very close to some excellent restaurants. Highly recommended! Ogunquit Rental Properties, the local agent were wonderful to work with as well. We will be back...

The way life should be!

Check in was late, and check out was early and we had to go to a separate location to get & drop off the key. Other than that we LOVE this place! The main floor is where we spent most of our time the deck was beautiful and we had plenty of space. Quite street, kids could play outside. The cut through at the end of the road made going to Big Daddy's Ice Cream a 2 min walk & a nightly event, YUM!

Wonderful house, perfect location for beaches, dining, and shopping

House is very spacious and comfortable. Large living area, huge back deck, screened-in porch, outdoor shower, ample parking space, stocked kitchen, and more. Equidistant from two wonderful beaches (very walkable) and many shops and restaurants. We felt very fortunate to have stumbled on this home.

As the agent for the owners, I can say my clients are excited to offer their home as a vacation rental. They are family oriented and hard workers. Recently they renovated the kitchen and magically turned it into a showpiece. Wood floors have been added and as we "speak" they are continuing with upgrades.

Why they chose this property

This home is fairly priced in the vacation market for 6-8 people, offers an open concept making it easy to enjoy each other's company. The location is east of Main Street Ogunguit with a slight peek of the ocean. Being in a neighborhood it is quiet yet extremely convenient to the tourist areas on Main Street, and of course, the beaches.
The dead end street and yard size make it attractive to families with small children.
It is a nice, comfortably furnished home.
