Summer Weekly Rentals Begin on Sundays

Casa de Sarno at 332 Park Ave. is a super fun vacation home in a simply perfect location. Situated in the Park Avenue neighborhood, several beaches are a short walk away - choose from Dyckman, Packard Park, or Oak Street Beaches. Downtown South Haven is a 10 minute stroll for dinner and shopping. Close to your home is Northside Memories with necessities, deli, and local ice cream, a water sports rental shop, the Maritime Museum, and Captain Lou's, a riverfront restaurant.

Casa de Sarno offers 3 levels of living space with room for everyone to spread out or join together.

The main level consists of a cozy front sitting room with seating for 4 and a full size sofa sleeper, a large open concept kitchen/dining/living room with sliding doors out to the deck throughout. There is also a bedroom on this level with a bed that can either serve as a twin trundle or a queen bed as well as a full bathroom with a shower.

Upstairs, you will find a master bedroom with a king bed and large windows as well as an additional large bedroom with 2 queen beds. This level also has a full bathroom with a separate shower and jetted soaking tub.

The lower level offers a large space for storing beach gear and outdoor equipment, a large family room that has a twin bed as well as a queen sleeper sofa and small air hockey and game table. There is a full bathroom on this level with a shower and also a laundry room. You can exit this level out to the yard and fire pit area as well.

The outdoor spaces are favorites for guests in the warmer seasons. On the front of the house there is a large deck with seating for at least 6. There is a side yard where you will find a fire pit with chairs as well as a non private hot/cold outdoor shower.

Located on the main level there is a large L shaped deck with a large gas grill, comfortable furniture to relax in with big cushions, and a large dining table that is protected from the rain. This deck overlooks the back wooded area where deer are regularly spotted.

Perfect place for a Michigan beach vacation

This was our first trip away with the newborn and to Western Michigan and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the property and location. Casa de Sarno

We had a wonderful Labor Day weekend stay at Casa de Sarno. It is very spacious with a fantastic deck. The location is great, as we love to walk all of Sourh Haven. It was probably larger than we needed so would be great for a multi family stay. Thanks for the hospitality. We love our yearly trip to SoHa.

Perfect location

Perfect location with a short walking distance to the beach, as well as biking distance to downtown, multiple parks, splash pad, pickleball courts, and Meijer. Bedroom on main level was a little smaller than expected. Our family (8 adults, 3 year olf, 2 year olf, and two 1 year olds) had a great vacation here!

Great Family Vacation

We had 8 adults and 4 children ranging in age from 4 month to 5 years old. The location of the home is great and the set up in the house was very accommodating. There are two very nice gathering spaces on the porches and the home is very well equipped. The ability to walk to the beaches and into the downtown area make it fun for everyone. We would love to return again next summer.

Great Large Summer Rental

Had a family vacation in South Haven with our adult children and their families. We all loved the large outdoor porch. There was plenty of room to be together or apart. The house was clean, comfortable and was equipped with all the amenities a family needs. The large open family room and kitchen was surrounded by screened and glass door walls and you could exit onto a wooden wrap around back porch. Location was great; close to beaches and downtown. Bathroom and shower on each level. A very relaxing family vacation!

Our stay at Casa de Sarno was great! Everything in the house was labeled so we knew where to find anything we needed. The outdoor deck was so nice to hang out on as well as the front porch. Very short walk to Oak Beach and close to downtown as well; lovely neighborhood.

Perfect summer vacation

This place was exactly what our family needed! It is only a couple blocks from nice small beaches and a little bit longer walk to downtown shops and the bigger beaches. The house was very clean and fully stocked with supplies that we were happy to have. The porch and back deck was so nice to sit and talk on. Kudos to the housekeeper, we were really impressed with cleanliness! Highly recommend to parties of 10.

Everything about this property, the process, the location, & the host was absolutely perfect! The pictures did not do justice. That front porch is BIG and cozy. We used it all day long! Oak St Beach was an easy 3 minute walk. Also an easy walk to downtown South Haven. And our hostess Sally gave us so much helpful, useful information ahead of time we were all set when we arrived. Our gang of 11 gives Casa de Sarno 22 thumbs up! We Recommend!

End of summer stay

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend to enjoy the last week of summer before the fall transition. The home was exactly as in the description- large space, plenty of rooms, sleeping areas, bathrooms, and it was super close to the beach. The outdoor seating area was also very nice and convenient!
