Loved how easy it was to get around. Instructions were a little unclear about check out time (VRBO listing said 10a but instructions said 9am), not a big deal though as the property manager was a text away and super helpful

Much Needed Family Weekend

Property is exactly as pictured, very nice and comfortable. Everything we expected for our stay. Outdoor furniture cushions were dirty from the elements, and would have been nice if the furniture was covered to keep clean when not in use.

We had a wonderful stay in your house! It was perfect for us! All the amenities were fully appreciated (full equipped kitchen!!) ! Mercia has beach towels, chairs, umbrellas that we can use for the beach! The backyard is awesome, fully equipped! The neighborhood is very quiet. We would return to your place anytime!

Nice weekend getaway

Nice home for large group. We were a group of 7 women for a weekend and enjoyed our stay. Only downside is the bathroom is small. Getting ready was tricky with so many of us and only 1 full bath. The outdoor shower was a help though. Space is nicely setup to enjoy the outside. Outdoor table is huge and patio is spacious and private. There are lots of trees so be aware that there will be debris to tidy up if looking to use outdoor space besides the covered table. Area very convenient to Hyannis and beaches. Would stay again!

Get away weekend

Hello, our first impression of the place was happy, cute house, big backyard. We mostly sat out at night by the fire, had dinner on the deck. There is some upgrades that need to done but our biggest complaint was the slider. Going in and out of the house was stressful, I thought I was going to pull the door off the track. Most upgrades that need to be done were indoors. Location was good, convenient to our agenda for the weekend.

Beautiful house, close to everything

The pictures online don’t do this home justice! We booked very last minute, as our original trip to Aruba had been canceled but we still wanted to go “away”. This was one of the only homes that was still available on short notice that looked decent, was a good price and close to everywhere we wanted to go. So we booked it. We were surprised when we got there that this house was SO nice! Plenty of space, a large dining table perfect for playing games at night, a deck with furniture and a grill which was perfect for eating dinner and hanging out. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. I would absolutely book this home again!

Hyannis retreat

We had a great time staying at this place in Hyannis. Very quiet, close to everything, plenty of room for 5 of us. Only thing I would change is to repair the back slider door. Thank you for letting us stay, would definitely stay there again.

Nice house in a great location

The house is immaculate and more than adequately appointed. Communication with the owner was excellent. And the central location of the house Hyannis and Cape Cod points of interest was very convenient. The house would be a great place for an extended family to enjoy a vacation together. We’d go there again.

Great home to stay

My stay at Mercia’a place was great! Her home was clean and had a ton of space for our group. We loved the outdoor area and how close it was to getting to different parts of the Cape. The check in process was only okay since our group had a hard time finding the key at night. However Mercia was great at responding to us at a late hour and helping us to find the key. Overall the stay was enjoyable and we would return.

Perfect getaway

1st time renting thru VEBO. The entire process was intuitive and easy. This property was clean, spacious and centrally located to all the things we wanted to do on the Cape. We visited to celebrate a 50th bday and the owner left us a nice bottle of wine. Would def recommend this property.

Great location and lovely home

Had a great long weekend at this house on the Cape. It’s super close to Craigville beach, about 8 min drive away, and centrally located for easy access to plenty of other beaches depending on how much you want to drive. Property was just as pictured, plus there’s a giant side yard for throwing a football or lounging :) There is no a/c in the smaller bedroom upstairs so the other couple with us ended up sleeping in the basement room. Not a big deal for us, but could be an issue if everyone in your group needs a/c to sleep. We didn’t cook much, but all the appliances seemed to be in fine working order and the kitchen is fully stocked with cooking implements and utensils. Also the tv is really nice and we enjoyed the chance to watch some “bubble” basketball. Overall the house worked great for our needs!
