Had a great time at Ivan’s place. Clean and fully equipped with everything I needed, close to the beach and everything of interest in town. Check In instructions were clean and the communication with Ivan was really good. I recommend it for a short or long stay. I will be back.

We were only there for one night, but it was absolutely perfect. This rental exceeded our expectations in every way. The space was clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. Even in such a short stay, we were able to relax and enjoy the stunning views of the sea from both balconies—sunset and sunrise were unforgettable.It was the ideal spot for a romantic getaway like ours. The atmosphere was peaceful and private, and everything about the home felt thoughtful and welcoming. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer!Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick escape or a cozy retreat by the water. We’re already dreaming of coming back.

Enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I stayed at apartment #2 for 5 nights. The unit was nice, clean, equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The highlight was the little balcony with a gorgeous view, which we enjoyed every evening. Thankfully we had a small rental car because the parking can be challenging. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Most likely we will be staying there again.

We rented this property as an extra space when we found that more of our family was joining us on our vacation stay. The apartment was very clean and orderly. It is located in a wonderful area close to the beach and restaurants, in a quite neighborhood. It has great views of the Ocean on the deck. If you are looking for a place for a few people you could not ask for a better place. The owner is in constant communication, if issues do arise. It was a great vacation for my entire family.

Great Location!

More spacious and bright than photos suggest. Location puts you about a mile up the road from Maria's Beach and another jump to Domes. We were there to surf and used Rincon Paddleboards for rentals and surf rack. They are located down towards Rincon at Marinas beach. You definitely need a car to track down food and move around. Wonderful to wake up and have coffee on the patio listening to the sounds of the local wildlife and the neighborhood waking up. We watched whales breach offshore from our patio and also down at Pool's beach in the evening as they made their February migration. There's a fantastic restaurant down the adjacent street towards Pools Beach called Faboyan - great drinks and incredible food and atmosphere. (closed Mondays) We also went to the Pools Sushi Bar (opens at 5:30) that literally has a pool and shows surf flicks on two screens outside - it was "OK" - fun for the atmosphere but not the food. We made the mistake of not backtracking up near our own neighborhood away from Rincon where we discovered a terrific bakery on our last day and shop to pick up cold beer and we noted - French fries. We used the Econo supermarket which is located on the south side of Rincon center and bought fresh fruit and veggies from local sidewalk vendors. There's also a surf shop next to the Econo where I picked up a better pair of surf shoes for the rough coral that is the beach vs sand. There are sandy beaches but they are not broad and if you are there to swim you have to be careful wading in bc of the rough coral and sea urchins but the water was 82 degrees - same as the air temperature the entire week we were there. We did not see dramatic signs of Hurricane Maria - a few topped Palm trees and old wires still hanging from the old poles. If you didn't know a hurricane had come through you might not notice any damage at all. The flora was plush and green and lots of flowers were in bloom. The apartment is very well taken care of - the outdoor grounds are meticulously maintained. Inside is pretty much everything you will need in terms of appliances. (no oven but we weren't there to cook much or bake) Be aware that only salt and pepper is provided in the cupboard as well as paper towels and dish washing soap. We have gone places where not even that is provided and you end up spending money on incidental necessities. The bed is very comfortable! Bring your own beach towels. Ivan is very attentive and available with questions.

The condo was perfect, extremely clean, and the view was amazing. I would recommend this condo. It is conviently located in a prime area of Rincon. Easy access to everything you need, and the best beaches. Highlight spots very close. You are at the top of the best of Rincon. Your right on 413 the highway to happiness! Views were fantastic with the sun setting framed in the balcony windows. Overall a nice location. Water pressure in the shower was poor due to a leak, and screens on the sliding glass door would have made a huge difference with the mosquitos. I would rent again without hesitation.

Puntas Condo

My daughter and I were recently in Puerto Rico for the Corona Pro surfing contest and stayed at this wonderful property. (This is our third time staying here!) It is perfect ... great location, property is as described (very clean, comfortable, quiet and well maintained), great communication with Ivan (owner) before our trip ... and Nydia (local lady who helps Ivan with property and lives next door) is extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this property!

Had a wonderful getaway with my husband. Ivan contacted me quickly with details of how to get to the house - recommende you read it all even if doing gps to get there. Nydia is friendly and out going. The downstairs apartment is just perfect and you don't hear anything from outside. The jacuzzi was a nice surprise One thing is that the shower doesn't fall on the center but against the doors and leaks water outside, but pressure is great and hot water. They have all you need for you. That was great!!!!! Full kitchen and all the utensils. Thank you Nydia and Ivan looking foward to going back

My husband and I stayed in Ivan's upstairs apartment for two weeks and we loved every minute of it! The place exceeded our expectations! Nydia, the caretaker, was beyond helpful and accommodating. We love her! The balcony provided us with a breathtaking view of the ocean! We saw 6 breaching whales! Happy Bowls and the Puntas Bakery is only a 1:22 minute walk away and the food is delicious! We are already planning our trip for next year and we will be staying here!

Great view and bargain

Three friends and I stayed here on a long weekend surf trip. The condo is simple but clean and well appointed. There was a cooler, beach chairs and charcoal grill which was nice. The view is really amazing considering how reasonably priced this place is. The condo is right by a bakery/deli and Happy Bowls a really good Acai Bowl restaurant. Neighborhood is good and we never felt unsafe. Ivan was very helpful as is the local care taker. This was the perfect place for a group of young people on a budget trip to Rincon. Would definitely stay here again.

Superb!

Ivan's condo is a perfect fit for any traveller. Ivan was easily reachable and very accommodating while Nydia, the property manager, was cheerful and friendly. The view of the sunset and ocean is spectacular. The entire unit is clean, modern and air conditioned with excellent wifi and [what we believe to be] satellite TV. We did not have a car and walked everywhere which was very doable. "Happy Bowls" is across the street with the best acai bowls we had in Puerto Rico. There is a bakery/mini market attached where we would have breakfast sandwiches for excellent prices. We walked to Maria's surf break (approx. 8 minutes) routinely and there are two cool bars / eateries in between (Calypso and Beach Club). we will be back to Rincon and we will stay at Ivan's! My friends and myself spent a week in beautiful Rincon PR. The house is perfectly situated with in 5 minutes of multiple World class surf spots with plenty of other adventure near by. Clean respectable and I recommend this location for an y adventure seeker headed to Rincon and West PR. Top notch go

Great location - Close to Sandy and Domes Beaches

Attendant met us at the house (she lives next door). The place is very clean and well kept. It is not more than 50 yards to an organic fruit/breakfast place and bakery.....probably 1/4 mile to the beaches....a pretty easy walk. All in all, we had a great time. The location is close enough to all the activity to walk, but far enough away so you can sleep and not be disturbed by rowdy partiers (Sandy is FULL of rowdy 20 somethings going well in to the AM..) The balcony is a great place to end the day with a cold one over looking Domes.

Excellent apartment with stunning view!!

This apartment located in Puntas, Rincon is perfect, stunning view of the beautiful Rincon sunsets, very clean and with good AC for those hot Puerto Rican days. We were greeted by Nydia who was very friendly and didn't hesitate in explaining everything to us and giving us tips about the area and about Rincon. We had a wonderful weekend. Very relaxing! Will definitely come back on our next visit to Rincon.
