Great Property

We had a wonderful time visiting St. Simon's Island. The condo was very clean and larger than expected. It is conveniently located a few blocks from downtown. The real estate company managing the property was very pleasant to work with and we have never had such an easy check in and check out process.

Lovely place to call home for the week

My daughters and I truly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us without feeling like we were without space to ourselves. The queen mattress is super comfy!

We LOVED this condo!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfectly close to walking to the pier and local restaurants, the condo is spacious and clean with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms! Check in was a breeze and hosts were great. Highly recommend!!!

Great location and space for 2 people.

This is a cute space and location. The bed situation could be improved. The only real sleeping surface is a queen bed, the other bedroom consists of a pull-out sofa which is very uncomfortable. The appliances work well and are updated. There is a wonderful amount of natural light from all the windows in the condo. A little concerning in the age of Covid was a dead beg, hair pin and tooth pick on the bedroom carpet when we arrived. Housekeeping needs to up their game.

We didn't use the kitchen much, but it had everything we needed for a three night stay. The location is perfect. It's a 10 minute walk to the pier and all of the restaurants and shopping. We rented bikes and rode everywhere else, including the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

Can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved this condo. The layout, the decor, the location, the bed, just everything. Restaurants and shopping are a 5 - 10 minute walk. The management company kept us to speed at every step. We both decided that if we were looking for a condo this would have been the one!
