Tastefully decorated cottage in extremely private setting close to town and south shore beaches. Home is new construction (as of 2015), and is well appointed. Fully equipped kitchen satisfies all cooking needs. Breakfast nook seats 4, and formal dining accommodates 8 comfortably. Kitchen island will seat an additional 3 people. 1st floor bedroom has 2 twins and full bath (shower and tub). Living room with television, DVD player, and extensive DVD collection. There is an additional sitting area in the library, also on the 1st floor. Second floor has 2 bedrooms, with queens, 2 full baths (showers), and a small sitting room with television and pullout. Home has central air and ceiling fans in all rooms. Deck and patio offer privacy for outdoor dining and entertaining, with comfortable seating for 8. Outdoor shed has beach equipment, bicycles, croquet, etc.
