Light, airy and relaxing home.

A single fold out bed is available upon request.

A porta-cot is also available.

Bedding, pillows, tea towels and hand towels are supplied.

42" Smart TV in lounge with Nintendo Wii, XBOX and board games for the kids. TV in master bedroom also.

Kitchen has all you need, including a Nespresso pod coffee machine and milk frother, air fryer and more.

Rear deck and verandah with BBQ and 8 seater outdoor setting.

Good size. fully enclosed yard with lawn, basketball ring and games for the kids.

Split system reverse cycle air conditioning in main living area, ceiling fans in bedrooms 1 and 3.

Plenty of car parking space and room for boats or trailers under the rear carport.

Only 500m from the beach! 1.4km walk to water park and jetty.

Very quiet area with vacant land to the rear.

PLEASE NOTE - there is a single security camera located at the front of the house which views the outside parking area and entrance. A photo of the camera view is in the house photos. There are no cameras inside the house or at the rear. Please ask if you have any concerns.

we had a great time in Moonta. The property was perfect for our family. It was very clean and tidy, the backyard with the basketball ring was great for the kids when we weren't out and about. Only a couple of minutes walk to the beach was also great for the kids.We wouldnt hesitate to stay again in the future

Definitely a place I would recommend - it has so many little extras that cater to so many different age groups. Family friendly, good location, well presented. A great find in Moonta.

We had 5 nights in Moonta. The weather was mixed, the entertainment available at the property meant the rainy days didn't matter so much. The kids loved all the outdoor space and I door games.

We first noticed that Jonathon left chocolates and wine for us, what a nice gesture! There was food and supplies in the pantry and many other things to keep us entertained! Highly recommend and we will definitely be back one day

Was a comfortable property to stay in. Good location, spacious, great backyard for family and a well supplied kitchen. Would have liked to see the supply of at least a single spare toilet roll. And would advise on getting the blinds fixed in the kitchen area. Overall we had a great stay.
