There are four comfortable bedrooms to choose from. On the main entry level, the king of the castle can retire to the king suite bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom, including a soaking tub and separate shower. The upper level has a bedroom with a queen and single bed and a King bedroom with its own deck with a view of the water. These two rooms share a full bathroom with a tub. The lower level has a queen waterside bedroom and next to it is a full bath with a shower.

The main level great room provides a comfortable gathering place for your clan around the TV, and you can prepare and enjoy family feasts in the well-appointed kitchen and adjacent dining area. Then everyone can have some after-dinner drinks in the solarium with sun-soaked views of the lake. Amenities abound, starting with the clear blue private swimming pool and inviting sitting area around it. It`s like your own private oasis! The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and is not heated.

House Rules for Your Stay

Responsible Renter: You must be at least 25 years old to rent the property. Proof of age may be requested. A parent or legal guardian must accompany guests under this age.

Occupancy Limit: The property is strictly limited to the number of guests specified in your reservation, as listed in the house advertisement (ages 2 and above). This maximum occupancy cannot be adjusted. Exceeding this limit is a breach of contract and may result in immediate eviction.

Pets Policy: Only dogs are allowed in approved pet-friendly homes with a paid fee. All pets must be leashed and under control at all times. Emotional support animals are not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing with a fee.

No Parties or Events: The property is for residential use only. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted and may result in immediate eviction.

Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Respect the neighbors’ right to quiet enjoyment.

Trash Disposal: Guests must remove all trash upon departure and dispose of it in the designated facility. The cleaning fee covers routine cleaning only and does not include additional cleanup.

Property Respect and Maintenance: Report any maintenance needs immediately to ensure a prompt resolution. Treat the home as your own; any damages or excessive mess may result in additional charges. Please return all furnishings to their original positions upon checkout.

Follow Local Regulations: Abide by all local laws and regulations. No parking on lawns or adjacent properties; please respect all parking restrictions.

Emergency Preparedness: Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures. Keep emergency contact information accessible during your stay.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking and dispose of all cigarette waste properly.
