The vacation Home is located in the desirable SW section of Cape Coral, on a wide canal with Gulf access and a view of Lake Louise, western exposure which features maximum sun for your swimming pool.
The house is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils, towels etc. Large boat dock with captain's walk and little Tiki Hut set the perfect atmosphere for that Caribbean cocktail you've been waiting for. Villa Patricia is pet friendly and features a fenced back yard which is perfect for your pet to roam and run wild. The house itself features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large open floor plan with nice eat in kitchen as well as stand up bar. The property has been very tastefully decorated and makes for the perfect vacation spot to return back to after your daily excursions in the area.
