About this property

Neoclassical Apartment close to Syntagma-Plaka

Comfortable, warm apartment with a classic style only 400meters far away from Syntagma square, recently renovated (Feb. 2020, 85 sq.m) located in a neo-classical building with Athenian architecture. You cannot stay somewhere more central and you can walk to all major sites but also restaurants, bars, and shops. You will not need not even the metro!

The place consists of 2 double bedrooms with double beds, one living room with a sofa that turns to a double bed, the kitchen, and a WC.
Our guests enjoy full, private access to the whole apartment.

It gives us great pleasure to welcome our guests in person and be of help regarding the apartment appliances, and to offer any tips and information regarding the local area, the city center or sightseeing in Athens.
We always welcome our guests in person.

We are located in the very center of Athen. Close to bars, restaurants shops, archeological sites, and museums. Everything in walking distance. You will not need transportation while your staying.

We can arrange for our trusted English speaking drivers to pick you up and drop you off the airport or port. We highly recommend it because it will save you time and you will avoid the hassle.

Important: For late check-in after 21:00, there is an extra fee of 15 euros.

Great apartment in a great location. Walking distance to everything in the heart of Athens. Apartment had three private sleeping areas for our family (parents, 19yr old, and 6yr old). Our host was readily available to answer any questions and left very detailed instructions for us to follow. Highly recommend this listing.

Beautiful apartment. Very busy corner, in the midst of the hustle and bustle. Quiet sleeping and comfy bed. Host was helpful. Only issue is lockbox was hard to find and read(we are in our 70’s) in dark.

Great location and nice place to stay on your visit to Athens.

The apartment is walking distance to everything. It is roomy and has everything listed in the posting. Checking in was easy and the hostess was very prompt. The beds were a bit hard for me, but my partner slept soundly. I would have preferred a softer pillow choice too. The water pressure in the shower was awesome and the hot water heated up fast and hot! I would recommend this apartment to other travelers.

The apartment is big and beautiful. There was a problem, and the property manager had it fixed right away, no small task as it was a holiday! The location made it easy to get everywhere because it is just minutes from Syntagma Square, a transportation hub. Restaurants in every direction, shopping, and a National Park to stroll in make this location worth the cost!
