Apartment Risorgimento 2 is an elegant and spacious apartment. It is located on the 4th floor of an ancient palazzo in the historic centre of Rome, on the west side of the Tiber. There is a lift. The apartment is very near the Vatican and the Piazza Risorgimento. The street is called Via dei Gracchi and the neighbourhood is smart and residential. It is well served with buses/metro and taxi which can take you anywhere is Rome. Numerous restaurants, shops, supermarket, pizzerie, quality takeaway food and a laundrette are virtually on your doorstep. The apartment looks out over the inner courtyard of the palazzo and is very quiet. The nearest metro station is called "Ottaviani" and it is near the Piazza Risorgimento.

Air conditioning, central heating, bed linen and towels and end-of-stay cleaning are all included in price. A dog is allowed.

Many places of interest such as the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum, Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori, the Quirinale and the Trinità dei Monti are within easy walking distance.

The apartment is beautifully furnished and has 1 large double bedroom (bed 160 x 190 cm). There are 2 bathrooms, both with shower and bidet. The living room has a kitchen area with sink, fridge, electric rings, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster and a table and 4 chairs. There is a double sofa bed (140 x 190 cm) in the living room and satellite television. The apartment can sleep two adults and two children, or 3 adults.

There is a second virtually identical apartment in the building which faces onto the inner courtyard called Risorgimento 1. It has a view of the Vatican and is very quiet. It is 180 Euros per night, all-inclusive (plus VRBO commission).

There is also the possibility of renting an extra double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and cooking facilities on the same floor. In this extra double bedroom there is a table for 2, a microwave oven, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and fridge.
