This 1/1 backs up to a great system of greenbelt trails connecting to some of Austin's best parks. Walking distance to North Austin Medical Center and great access to Mopac (Loop 1) for getting all over Austin. We love having traveling nurses or other people staying in Austin for one to several months!

We've picked some nice high end furnishings for this condo from local suppliers like Four Hands and well named brands like Crate and Barrel. Lots of condos don't have washer and dryers in the unit themselves but this one does which is a huge upside to this unit.

Great location

The location is excellent especially for those working at the St David's hospital facilities. The hosts are very responsive and kind and addressed issues promptly. The apartment is equipped with all basic needs; however, the kitchen & appliances, bathroom and carpet is quite dated. Overall, this was a comfortable and safe stay.
