For you during the saying will be available unit with direct ocean view, one king bed, one queen bed and sleeping chair ( good for 5 people)+Full kitchen. Great for family or friends trip.
Heating pool in winter time, beauty salon,authentic Italian restaurant, beach boutique, Tiki Bar, cafe with fresh morning coffee and pastries right in a building.And of course beach with fresh Floridian water and sun all year round.
In a room you could find everything you might need for a great vacation: towels, shampoo, soap, bedding, microwave, coffee machine k- cup, refrigerator, WiFi. Jet ski rental available on the beach.
Complementary ice available on the first floor.
Valet parking available for $15/ night. Please text me if you have any questions.

GREAT LOCATION, Well worth the price!

Communication was fantastic, Katerina was quick to respond, sometimes a few seconds after I sent a message. The condo was perfect, had everything we needed. There were even a few extra little gifts we weren't expecting. Check in was easy, essentially walk to your room, (bypass the front desk), input the code and that's it. Couldn't be any simpler. If you like Italian food, there's a fantastic, authentic restaurant in the building. We ate there our last night and the food was superb. If you're visiting Ft. Lauderdale, definitely recommend staying here. When I visit the area again, I'll want to stay here again. Thanks for making our Christmas with our daughter a memorable one!

Stinks

The property is old which is not a problem, the history makes it interesting. The problem is they don't wash the comforters on the bed and they smell like other people's body odor. Also, if you're not a pot smoker or if the smell of weed bothers you, stay somewhere else because its prevalent on every floor and elevator in the building. I guess everyone has a prescription and is need of it for medicinal purposes...

Fantastic Stay!

What a great find! This property has everything you could need for a short or long term stay. I own a vacation rental business on the other coast, so I'm familiar with how things should operate. This owner is on his game. It's seamless from arrival to departure. The unit is tastefully decorated and supplied with everything you could need.....even supplied snacks/treats.....very nice touch. There's on site facilities for dining. That was important for us during a brief, two night stay. The food at the outdoor bar/restaurant was surprisingly good. We didn't try the Italian restaurant. The unit itself was spacious, comfortable, updated and the views were amazing. The master bedroom was particularly spacious w/comfy bedding and floor to ceiling windows providing an incredible water view. The master shower was so very relaxing with the overhead rainfall shower head....great amenity. Again, perfect for our needs.....would definitely return. Do not allow the lack of reviews to deter you from making a reservation. Owner reminded me it was a new listing; as I was originally apprehensive....glad I trusted him and gave it a try.
