Living room with flat-screen TV, gas heater and access to the screened porch and sun deck, kitchen with attached dining bar seating 6, 2 Queen Bedrooms and a full hall bathroom. Stacked washer and dryer in one of the Queen Bedroom closets. Enjoy stairs to the beach from the Oceanside deck.

Extras: 3 flat-screen TVs (streaming), screened porch, gas log heater, 4 ceiling fans, Mini-split AC unit in living areas, 2 window AC units, enclosed outside shower, charcoal grill, fish cleaning table, high-speed wireless internet, washer/dryer and parking for 2 cars. Linens and towels are NOT provided but can be rented for the week. Linen and towel rental will include sheets for all beds, 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and 1 bath mat for each shower or tub. Linens can be requested as early as time of booking. Weekly cost: $115.00 not including tax or bed making service.
