We were here for our annual Christmas trip. The kids chose TN this year and we loved it! It was in a great location! The amenities were on point for the family needs! They loved the Christmas tree that was there, we felt a home away from home. We absolutely appreciate the bedrooms with baths! Oh my what a PLUS with kids! They LOVED IT! We have a family of 6 and it was perfect! I saw some complaints about the theater system but it worked perfectly fine! It was a great stay!
Was just what we wanted. Plenty of space, Clean, well equipped, the thermostats worked properly. It was wonderful. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Haven in the hills
Beautiful home with all that was advertised. Pool table needed some cleaning and updating and rep says that’s planned in the next month or so. we will be back. Great time had by all
My family decided at the last minute to go see the Fall colors in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. This cabin was available and was great. While we were not in the cabin much during our stay, there was plenty of space for my wife and I and our nine children with a large kitchen (that is handy for a family of our size). The hot tub was a nice touch as were all of the board games/card games that my children took advantage of at night. Very comfortable stay.

Great stay
We had a great stay! The guest contact was quick to respond. Parking was easy and the rooms and bathrooms were nice! The kitchen was amazing and has everything you need. Only thing to note is the living room is small, and only two small couches. So when you have the house filled, it's not possible to hang in the living room all together. And be prepared for lots of stairs. All around- great stay!

Awesome cabin, a Godsend
This cabin was wonderful in every way. It was so clean and beautiful. As a busy working mother on a church youth retreat, I was a bit tired and stressed, but I was able to rest well here, which was a miracle. Everyone has a wonderful time, and we had plenty of space to be comfortable. I have stayed in beautiful places and terrible places, but this was top notch. I could tell the owners cared about hospitality. Also, the owners’s testimony in the guest book touched my heart. I’m thankful I got to spend precious time here with my daughters and our friends.

Awesome
My family was up for my daughter's wedding. The cabin was awesome. Plenty of room for everyone. I like that each bedroom has a full bath. The theater was great too. Plenty of room in the kitchen. The house had everything you needed and was very close to town and restaurants. All my questions were answered promptly and the owner also reached out. We stay in Gatlinburg every November and this by far was the best cabin we have stayed at.
Our recent family trip to the mountains was an incredible adventure that left us with lasting memories! Accommodations were very comfortable. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, offering the basic essentials which was a great surprise! Kitchen was also well stocked.
The location of the cabin couldn't have been any better with being minutes away from the local grocery store, shops and downtown Gatlinburg.
Some family members did say that the media room's surround sound didn't work properly, but that didn't deter us from having a great stay.
If you're looking for a family-friendly mountain getaway, this destination is a great choice and would love to stay again!!
Overall it was a good experience. The location is great. Parking is good. Theater room was great. Lots of TVs in the cabin & they all worked well & were easy to operate. Well appointed kitchen with plenty of dishes, appliances, pots & pans, etc. Cabin was pretty clean with only a few exceptions, such as the toilet on the lower level could use extra attention. Shower curtain liners could also use some attention. A few other minor things need to be addressed: Lamp in pink bedroom (top floor next to stairs) does not work even after changing the light bulb. Switch on lamp next to loveseat in family room is broken. Cover on hot tub was heavy & hard to open & close, so it required 2 ladies to handle. I don’t want this to sound like complaints, but if you don’t know about these things, you won’t know to correct them. Again, it was a good experience overall.
We had a wonderful stay in this cabin. It’s close enough to the downtown Gatlinburg area to be very convenient, but remote enough to enjoy the rural ambiance. We saw a bear at least once every day. The cabin itself is spacious with plenty of entertainment options for down time. We particularly enjoyed the large kitchen with the island seating. Beds are comfy. I would definitely recommend for a family stay.
Lovely cabin home. Well equipped with everything and more.
Beautiful and serene place

Great Location and very clean cabin
My family stayed at this cabin and had an awesome experience. Great location. The cabin was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The kids loved the movie room. Heather and Stephanie were very responsive. There was a small leak and a plumber was sent out in a very timely manner. This did not ruin our trip. We would definitely stay again.
My family had a great stay at this cabin. Heather and Stephanie were great to work with and they were very responsive to our questions. There was a leak and a plumber was sent over to assess. This did not ruin our trip. The house was clean and well equipped. Great location. We would definitely stay again.
The cabin was clean but the oven was very bad, screens broken and windows not shutting. Drawer in the bathroom was falling off and the down stairs had chairs broken. Over all good but they need to stay up on mantinance. They need to leave a vacuum for you to use and i had the was there mop out it was black and dirty. But still a great cabin just needs better cleaning and a vacuum.

Fabulous Home!
The Home is fabulous and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked as well as the bathrooms. Beds were comfy. We had plenty of room for everyone in our group and the theatre room was perfect for the kiddos! The basement level could benefit from a separate heating system but other than that not really any complaints. I would definitely book this property again.
The cabin looks exactly like the photos it’s beautiful! Check in was a breeze with the keyless entry and the property manager responded quickly for anything we needed. My family and I had an amazing stay. You will not be disappointed booking this cabin!
Beautiful cabin with excellent amenities and great location. Highly recommend this cabin for any stay. Close and convenient to downtown Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains National Park. You might just luck up and get to see the bear.
I have stayed in several cabins in Gatlingburg and Pigeon Forge. But this by far was top tier. My family and I enjoyed everything literally from top to bottom. We will definitely be returning as this has now become an annual family fellowship.
Heather was very nice and loved how she reached out before check in. The cabin was exactly as listed in the pictures.

A Family Gathering in the Hills
The week-long stay was wonderful. The cabin is spacious and comfortable, and even though it is located in an area that is not secluded, we did see different species of wildlife in the surrounding area. The cabin is equipped with all of the things necessary for the week. It is easily accessible. Our stay was very enjoyable.
The stay in Gatlinburg at “Haven in the Hills” was wonderful! The cabin is well equipped with all of the things needed for our week’s stay. Although it is not completely surrounded by trees, we were able to enjoy wildlife from our balcony. The cabin is located in a little colony of other cabins, but the neighborhood is very peaceful. There are many extras that entertained the different age groups in our family ; the movie theater, video game, pool table, etc.
All of the members of our family enjoyed their stay .

Great Stay
The cabin was exactly as pictured. Beautiful, super clean and very spacious. The location is very convenient and close to the main parkway in Gatlinburg. Loved the nice decor and how well stocked they had it. We were very impressed.
Beautiful cabin close to Gatlinburg. It’s big enough to accommodate a group and still have room. Every bedroom except for the lower level one had its on bathroom in the bedroom. Lower level bedroom has one straight across from the bedroom. A very big kitchen with bar seating and a big table. Baby gates at the entrance of the stairs was very handy with two 2 year olds. We had a really great time and hope to stay there again next year.
