Loved this place!!!

This condo was way beyond what we imagined. It was clean and comfortable. We had to contact our guest contact a couple of times with questions and he responded very quickly. It was nice that it’s in a gated area so we felt secure. This will be a first consideration when we next visit the Phoenix area.

Very Nice Place! Loved it

It was great! Communication was spot on. My only complaint was there was no laundry soap and no extra trash bags. I use VRBO often, normally those things are stocked. It would have been nice to have some coffee and coffee filters also! Every place is different, so I will just have to prepare a little different next time I travel!

Good pool and hot tub area in condo complex & clean grounds Owner was responsive to email request to address certain housekeeping and maintenance concerns. Owner lives in Canada (not in Phoenix area) and is reliant on third parties for housekeeping, maintenance and oversight of condo unit. Housekeeping issues were raised with the owner and he committed to addressing the items found (dirty dishes, counters, and laundering of bedding).

Great centralized East Valley condo

We have stayed at other units in this community and they are great. Great value for the size and amenities that are offered. The property quiet and is pretty secure, as it has a gated entrance. My son and I were in the area for a week long baseball tournament. With the condo boasting 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, he and I definitely had our own space to hang out in or spend time together in the centralized living room. Kitchen amenities are abundant. We took advantage of the full kitchen to make several meals, since eating out can both get very old and expensive. The in-unit laundry is super convenient as well. Although there were some draw backs. When we arrived we noticed there was no trash bag in the trash can or any bags in the condo for that matter. We were forced to use shopping bags which was somewhat annoying. We were supplied only a 1/2-roll of toilet paper between 2 bathrooms for a 9 day stay. I would say 1-2 rolls per bathroom is pretty standard. There was a paper towel holder on the counter but none provided. Which I would consider a pretty standard kitchen amenity, considering basic kitchen spills can easily be cleaned up with 1-2 sheets of paper towel…not to mention there were no kitchen towels or wash cloths either. Also, not having something as simple as a wash cloth or sponge in the kitchen made it difficult to wash any dishes that weren’t safe for the dishwasher. I thought it was odd there was no hand soap at any of the sink basins either. Let’s me be clear, I’m not trying to complain here. I just think these small adjustments would make any guest’s stay more pleasurable, as the items I listed off are pretty basic for any vacation rental. All in all, I’d say we had a pretty good experience with our stay and would probably book a stay again.

Great place to stay

This was a very pleasant, spacious, well-maintained property. The grounds were beautiful, with beautiful landscaping and a wonderful pool and hot tub. The property manager was the owner, and he was very friendly and helpful. Checking in was very easy.

Awesome Stay

Great condo with convenient and safe location. Close to restaurants, gas, groceries, and freeway. Very clean with amazing community pool and hot tub. Well-stocked kitchen and baths. Smooth check-in and easy to check-out without too much work while on vacation!

Great place to stay for a home base.

Nice clean and quiet condo and complex to return to after long days of searching for our winter home. Condo was nicely equipped with all necessities and the grocery store was close by.
