In the heart of Weinheim we welcome you in our three room apartment (75sqm). It is characterized by its central location and quiet surroundings.
With us you can not only enjoy your holidays, but also your business stay. After an eventful day, our apartment is the ideal place to relax. The tourist attractions, such as the castle park, as well as the pedestrian area with its numerous shops and restaurants
are within easy walking distance.

-The space-
Our apartment on the ground floor is characterized by its pleasant atmosphere.
The apartment is non-smoking, with both the garden terrace and the courtyard providing a quiet spot for smoking.

-Guest access-
In front of the apartment, a table with 5 seats is available for our guests during the summer months. The apartment also includes a garage. Our guests can use in the basement a laundry room with dryer and washing machine for a fee of 3 € each.

-Location & transportation-
The apartment is on the ground floor of a house with 3 apartments. There are two separate entrances. The house is in a quiet residential area.
The tram stop (OEG train station) is just 2 minutes by foot away. It only takes 8 minutes to walk to the main train station.

Thanks to the good connection to local transport, cities such as Frankfurt, Heidelberg and Mannheim are easily accessible. Various supermarkets, as well as a Mc Donalds and BurgerKing are about a 5-minute walk away.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt mit Familie ist die Wohnung ok. Die Betten waren sehr gut, die Größe der Wohnung auch. Aber Bad und Küche müssen dringend renoviert und gereinigt werden.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

So ziemlich alles war super. Nur Kritik auf hohem Niveau: Die Heizung hat manchmal komische Geräusche gemacht, die Messer waren sehr stumpf und die Lichtschalter etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Noch positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass alle lokalen Notfallnummern gut sichtbar vermerkt waren. Anbindung an Geschäfte und öffentlichen Nahverkehr super.

Geräumige Wohnung

War für uns 3 optimal. Konnten uns gut ausbreiten und entspannt an 3 Golfturniertagen in Mannheim Viernheim ankommen. Etwas mehr Handtücher (frischerer Duft) wären gut gewesen. Läden und Wochenmarkt ist super fußläufig erreichbar. In der Küche war alles vorhanden was wir brauchten.

Lohnt sich

Ich möchte da nicht lange drum herum reden, Wir haben uns in der FeWo alle sehr wohl gefühlt und den Urlaub in Weinheim und Umgebung somit absolut genießen können. Die Wohnung ist schön groß, es gäbe sogar Schlafgelegenheiten für bis zu sieben Personen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, was will man mehr?!

super zufrieden

Wir (3 Frauen + ein 1,5 J. Kind) waren für ein Wochenende in der Ferienwohnung und können diese nur weiterempfehlen! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauer und geräumig. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Betten sehr bequem und super angenehme Bettwäsche. Das Bad besitzt eine Badewanne und eine Dusche.
