Walk to the beach, spacious 3 BR penthouse, updated bathrooms

Vanderbilt Towers 8th floor corner unit. The closest building to the beach on the Bluebill peninsula. Walk right out the back door to the beach entrance. This three bedroom unit has nearly 2000 square feet of living space with two screened lanais, three bedrooms, and a large living/dining area. All three bathrooms were recently remodeled, new tile throughout the unit. Equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are two large lanais, one off of the living room and one of the bedrooms with two different views. Beautiful views of the peninsula, marina and waterway from both lanais. Living room lanai also has a great view of all of Naples and the bedroom lanai has a view of the gulf.

The unit was clean and more than serviceable for our needs. There was some construction going on in the lobby but it looks to be almost finished and looks great. The two balconies were impressive as was the short walk to the beach. We would stay here again.

We had a lovely stay here! Angela was easy to communicate with and very flexible as our plans changed unexpectedly. The condo is spacious! We especially enjoyed the 2 screened in lanai's, especially when our adult kids and grandkid came to visit! Hope to stay again next year!

Second year staying here. Everything you need is supplied, Place is spotless, & beach right out the back door. Even after the hurricane, things around Vanderbilt & Delenor Wiggins Park are being repaired to their beauty as crews work 24/7. Will definitely be back.

Vanderbilt Towers Penthouse

This was our third year staying in this beautiful penthouse. It is always clean & steps to the beautiful Delenor Wiggins State park & beach. The kitchen is fully loaded for all your needs, it has washer & dryer. Closet stuffed with all your beach necessities & chairs. The host is always quick to answer all your questions. Plenty of places nearby for entertainment & food. Definitely enjoy our time here.

Property was spotless with 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, 2 lanias. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed. Also had washer & dryer. Tvs & WiFi in every room. Had beach chairs & beach towels stocked for your trip to the beach. Which is just a short walk out the back of the building.Plenty of bedding,pillows, & blankets. Security was top notch for building & gated community. Angela was very helpful & easy to deal with. Hope to be back soon.

There were some problems that we did not wish to address at the time as we had already had trouble with the TV and the air conditioning. The garbage disposal did not ever work and the washer sometimes sounded like it was going to come through the wall. Enjoyed the updates and the friendly neighbors. I did miss the full length mirror. Looking forward to next February.

Great stay in Naples closest to the beach

This is the 8th time we spend Christmas and New Year in the Naples area and this condo was the best we have stayed in till now. Definitely coming back in the future. The condo is spacious, new large lanai's, wel furnished, refurbished bathrooms, everything you need for the beach. And when you want to cook, then you will find all you want in the kitchen. A brand-new oven, Keurig coffee maker and all the pots and pans, cutlery more than enough. Yes, it is great, and I can recommend this condo on the higher floor, 50 yards from the beach entrance to everybody. Thanks Angela.

Property was beautiful and close to the beach. The pool was also great - very quiet but nice. The kitchen was outfitted well and had everything we needed. One suggestion that would be helpful to vacationers would be a binder or something that includes information on the entertainment system and perhaps a list of favorite restaurants with a description. Other than that everything was easy to figure out. Thanks for letting us share your beautiful placed!

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious condo. This is an older building and condo and only one elevator was working for our visit but it's location is very convenient as you can walk to Vanderbilt Beach and within a short drive be at Publix or Walmart for groceries. Just about anything you need is within an easy 10 minute drive...Life Fitness, restaurants, stores and movie theaters. We enjoyed spending time at Mercato and if you're a car enthusiast The Revs Institute, near Naples Airport is worth a visit. It's only open Tues., Thurs. & Saturday and you must make a reservation in advance whether you tour on your own or take the $25 Docent-led tour. Other fun things to do in Naples - 5th Ave. South, the pier, Tin City and the boat tour of Port Royal, Depot Museum and Golisano Children's Museum just to name a few.

Nice apartment at the beach

The building has a few years however the building and the apartment are nice, it is a few steps from the beach, spacious, comfortable, well equipped, with good facilities and with excellent location. Angela, the owner, is an excellent hostess, she complies with what she offers and lends to helping at all times. For an additional payment one can requested cleaning service which is very comfortable too. Our stay here was very pleasant and it is highly recommended for summer time, holidays or vacations.
