Welcome to Paradise Pointe, our newest home now available and taking reservations!

Located in quite family friendly Destin Pointe, Paradise Pointe is a multi-level home with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. The home is over 3000 square feet and is stunning inside.

When you open the door you’re greeted by the foyer. This level of the home has Twin bunk beds tucked into the wall.

On the second floor you will see the spacious kitchen, with all the space you wish you had in our kitchen at home. All full size appliances and cookware you would need to cook a feast for 10. The living space has plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy the large flat screen TV. The sofa also doubles as a Queen size sofa sleeper.

The first guest bedroom offers a King size bed and an adjacent small seating area. The first Guest Bathroom features a shower. There is plenty of balcony access on this main floor of the home. There is balcony access from the living areas and the guest bedroom.



On the third floor, you will find 2 additional guest bedrooms and the Master Bedroom. Both guest rooms offer Queen size beds. The Guest Bathroom has a combination shower/bathtub. The Master Bedroom is a spacious retreat. The Master has a King Size bed, plenty of windows for natural light and balcony access. The adjacent Master Bath has a jetted tub and a standalone shower.

Downstairs the home has private pool and hot tub. There is seating located all around for sunbathing or to enjoy a meal. The home has a private gas grill as well. The home is only walk away from the beach or you can take the seasonal tram if available during your stay. When you book your reservation at this home you also get season beach service, if it is applicable during your stay!

Destin Pointe offers tennis courts, gated security, and community pools.

Will definitely book again!!

This house was by far a winner 🏆!! When we entered the property, we felt a deep sense of peace and we’re immediately felt at home! The house was clean, perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood, and had all the amenities - pool, hot tub, and close to the beach. The tram service was a nice bonus - without it, my mom, who’s on a cane, wouldn’t have made it to the beach this trip. Also, the private beach access, free chair and umbrella service made trips to the beach low stress. We loved this house and can’t wait to return!!

COVID Escape—Very clean and welcomed getaway!

Our family Of 5 adults 2 teenagers was looking for a great Covid Escape. Our plan was a stay at home but change of scenery cooking, spending time with each other and enjoying the pool. The kitchen was well equipped. Although the cleaning service forgot to unload the dishwasher everything was tidy and well maintained. The rooms and bathroom were well maintained and comfortable furnishing. The living room slip covers could have have been laundered otherwise a great interior experience. Wonderful master bathrooms and showers. The pool is a little smaller but accommodating the home size. The house is located near a pond, so frogs and crickets made lots of noise throughout the night. Only Minor complaints: the grill was not cleaned so we could not enjoy the exterior and because of the location near the pond the debris made it difficult to keep the area around the pool clean. We had virtual learners during our trip and the WiFi was not repaired until our third day of five. The owners and management were very attentive in resolving the WiFi issue though, most was a result of reliance on the cable company’s scheduling and less the owner. Overall great stay and a welcomed clean escape
