Hartsfield Carriage House is a beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bath carriage home that sleeps 4 people located just six lots from the beach in popular Rosemary Beach. Unique in the community, this carriage home has a bedroom with a door and has gulf views. The main house (Hartsfield Cottage) can be rented separately and offers 4 additional bedrooms that accommodate 11 more guests. Centrally located and just steps from the Gulf of Mexico and the town center of Rosemary Beach. You will also be able to have access to all the amenities of Rosemary Beach including 4 community pools, 8 clay tennis courts, fitness center, spa, playgrounds and 4 private beach walkovers.

The carriage house has a living / kitchen / dining area with queen sleeper sofa, 2 side chairs, coffee table, 46” LCD TV and Blu Ray DVD. Kitchen has side by side fridge with door ice / water dispenser, glass-top range, microwave and sink. Please note, this carriage home does not have a dishwasher. Dining area has table and 4 chairs. Separate bedroom with door has queen bed, 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, chest of drawers, 32” LCD TV, closet and private bath with vanity sink and walk-in shower that has separate hand-held shower attachment. The stackable washer / dryer is in a closet in the bedroom. Wireless internet.

Outdoors: The private courtyard has Peacock pavers throughout with a large twin urn fountain, a smaller water feature on the pathway and an outdoor fireplace with chimney. There is also a large teak table with 8 chairs and a huge market umbrella for outdoor dining. Hot / cold outdoor shower. Charcoal grill. Courtyard area is shared with main house guests. Please note that there is not a designated parking spot. A parking pass will be issued allowing you to park in any non-designated spot in the community--many of which are very close to the home.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Regarding pricing, a housekeeping fee, a $99 Vacation Rental Damage Plan Fee and tax will be added to ALL rates. Travel Insurance is optional and may be added at guest's choosing.

Charming getaway carriage house!

We were simply delighted with our stay at Hartsfield Carriage House. Located behind the Pearl Hotel, it is literally a quick stroll to the beach or the square. It was the perfect size for 2 adults, and could be tight with 2 more (pull out sofa bed)Would love to come back again and stay in the Hartsfield CH! Highly recommend

We recently stayed for a brief 3 night stay. The house was in a perfect location near the beach and shops/restaurants. Property manager was very friendly and the listing was accurate. The cottage was perfect for my husband and myself but would have been tight if we actually had 4 people staying. Would definitely stay again!

Cute, cozy & convenient!

My mom and I just spent a week at the Hartsfield carriage house and loved it! The space is perfect for two people. Its clean and equipped with everything you need for a low key beach trip. Short walk to the beach and one block off the main Rosemary square. We’d definitely stay here again. Pro tip: The evening music from The Pearl and early morning trash pick ups are not disruptive if you bring a good sound machine!

Cozy cottage

This little carriage house is really perfect for 2 people, any more would be crowded. Negatives are all the loading and delivering that is constantly happening early mornings right outside the door, also no beach towels are provided which should be specified. Checkout is early too. But having said that, all the positives outweigh the other things. The proximity to the ocean, restaurants and shops is wonderful. Comfy bed and nice linens and essentials.

Location location location!

This property is perfect for two people. Any more than 2 would be cramped. The access to the beach and being around the corner from the bustling Rosemary Square made this spot convenient and fun. The noise from the Pearl did not bother us, but we are late eaters. If you are someone who goes to bed early, may be too busy for you. Minimum amenities. There were beach towels. No cooler or beach chairs. You could stay here and never get in your car. But parking around corner, not on actual street. During busy times, it may be hard to find a parking spot. Overall I would definitely stay here again. The location cannot be beat for a one bedroom.

Been here before and really like the location. However the furniture really needs updating, AC is hard to operate as is the tv. Not fond of the coffee pot either. No problem recommending the property, but recommendation would include caveats.

Close the beach and to the Pearl (good & bad)

THE GOOD: This carriage is house is exactly as described. It's comfortable, nicely appointed (the TV in the living room seems to be losing it's picture), and very close to the beach and town center. You can see the beach from the small deck surrounding the second floor. You also can see the dumpsters behind the pearl directly across the single-lane alley. THE BAD: Because this carriage house shares the street with the backside of the Pearl, it's dumpsters, and the entrance to it's parking garage, there is a lot of activity starting with dumpsters being picked up at 6am and ending loud concerts at the pearl until 9pm starting Thursdays through the weekend, plus some loud trash dumping at restaurant closing time. Bring earplugs.

Adorable

This lil carriage house is the perfect spot for a girls or small family getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed its location to everything and the layout of this gem. Highly recommend for a couples getaway of not Spring break time. The town is very family friendly and A LOT of families everywhere. If I went back with my hubby I’d definitely pick later in the season/Fall. The house is perfect! Can’t say enough good things about it!!!

Great location!

My husband and I had a great experience at this property. Property was nice and conveniently located to town and beach. The only reason I wouldn’t stay here again is that the description says one side of the garage is for carriage house parking. But, when we received our instructions that was not the case. Not having dedicated parking is a problem especially at busy times, like when the farmers market is going on or lunch/dinner hours. You have to drive around in circles until you get lucky. I recommend changing the description since it isn’t accurate.

Cottage needs some ATTENTION:

*curtains in bedroom off the rod in several places *shade in kitchen window was ripped *rug under couch dirty & stained *both lamps in bedroom wobble/ not secured to base of lamp *pocket door to only bathroom would not stay closed b/c part of the hardware was missing *Be Aware: this cottage backs up to the service alley for the Pearl Hotel so you will hear loudly the 6am dumpster run. Also, food service truck every morning, beeping of the truck trying to back up to unload.
