We have rented many years from various VRBO owners and this home was one of the best. The home was spotless and very well furnished with comfortable furniture, linens, and the household supplies we needed. The location is very convenient to shopping and recreational activities, but the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The owners were readily available to answer any questions and concerns we had and our stay there was very pleasant.

This property was excellent in every regard! The owner even left us a bottle of wine and snacks upon check-in. The backyard was a beautiful landscape patio and it was within excellent walking trails. Pet-friendly but no poop scooper. Clean 2/2 home with office and small garage in neighborhood, was nice. Nice backyard with patio furniture and grill, but all gravel, no artificial turf. Bedrooms and office are carpeted; rest of house is tiled. Hosts are very excellent and have equipped the home with all that you will need. Great location, good bedding and towels and comfortable beds. TV in lvg rm and primary, easy to use. Kitchen is well equipped. Easy checkin/checkout.

Terrell and Eileen did a fantastic job of furnishing their house with everything a guest might want or need during a stay at their property. It's a great location near many activities and close to shopping. We would definitely stay at their property again if available when we visit Green Valley.

Thanksgiving in Green Valley

Property was stocked with everything we needed. Comfortable furniture, mattresses, and minimally decorated which was great because of our pre-school aged grandson. What decor there is was tasteful and welcoming. Very clean, too. Will definitely look to stay here again!

My Wife (Eileen) and I (Terry) would not live anywhere else in the world.

This property was built in 2014. It has been completely set up for rental and is always spotless. It has all the first class amenities. It also has 55" TV in living room and 40" TV in Master Bedroom.
