Welcome to our mountain paradise, Silver Thread Escape, nestled high in the mountains of Creede, Colorado. This cabin can house 7-8 people, depending on the size of your guests! We have a queen bed and two twins located in the loft atop a spiral staircase, and a queen downstairs along with the sofa. Amenities available include a cooking space, complete with gas burners, a full-size refrigerator and microwave. WiFi is readily available, as well as television. From the windows you can see the awe-inspiring views of the San Juan Mountains, perfect for drinking in as you have your morning tea or coffee. Spend your days fishing in our Gold Medal Ribbon waters, sightseeing on the Bachelor Loop or taking in a show at our famous Creede Repertory Theatre, where you always have a myriad of shows to choose from! We would love to be a part of your stay.

Very clean. Well stocked kitchen & bathroom. Has all you need but no fluff. Needs more lights in main area to see to eat or play cards. Needs fans or a/c or more insulation in roof. Loft is too hot for comfort. No outdoor appeal but host was very nice to try to accommodate our requests. A little TLC could really improve property. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Clean, thoughtfully-provisioned, cute cabin-themed decor, location close to Creede, affordable. Property Manager, Leslie, was accessible. This cabin is a great value!

Great Cabin!

The owners are in the process of remodeling the cabin and it is looking great! I stayed a week with my grandad and cousin and we were nothing but pleased! Steve and Joanie have done a great job with the cabin and the property manager, Leslie, responded to questions quickly. Next time I'm looking for a cabin in Creede, this will be my first stop.
