Comfort and affordability, not to mention prime beach location, are just a few of the reasons A Place at the Beach II should be your vacation destination. Located a couple of miles south of the Garden City Pier, this complex's amenities include a large swimming pool, elevator and laundry facilities. 1C is a first floor side view condominium that accommodates 6 and has a fully equipped kitchen. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.

A Place At The Beach II is located 2 miles south of the Garden City Pier in Georgetown County. This
three-story oceanfront complex offers units with either an ocean view or direct ocean front. For your
convenience, this complex has an elevator and a coin-operated laundry onsite. There is also an outdoor
pool (open Easter to November 1) and community grilling area. Motorcycles are allowed. Two parking
permits are issued per condo unit. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not
permitted.

Close.... But not TOO close!

3 retired guys in our 60's came down for Myrtle Beach Bike Week. Good location. Close enough to events, but not so close to be stuck in traffic all the time. Right on the beach, nice pool. Property management was great to work with because you get 2 parking passes but we had 3 motorcycles. They got special permission from HOA for us to park 3 bikes in 2 spaces. Great to do business with!

It worked for us.

Unit could use update. Minor issues that didn't affect my vacation. Partially working stove, soft spot in kitchen floor, no lights in breezeway, not the cleanest but not filthy. Very close to beach, good parking, nice pool and an elevator.
