Located only 1/2 block from the ocean, this 5 bedroom, 5 bath home has a private pool and an elevator and will comfortably accommodate 14. In addition, you'll find 2 half baths as added convenience. Two covered porches and a screen porch offer outside gathering areas as well as around the pool. Prime weeks fill up fast. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed. Elevator upon request.

Private 12ft x 26ft pool, depth 3.5ft to 5.5 ft. Pool is heated 3/1-5/1 and 9/1-11/1 if air temp is not below 55F. Enjoy 2 Covered porches. Screen porch. Enclosed outside shower. Approximately 2800 square feet. Internet access is wireless. Charcoal grill.

Family Beach Trip

House was perfect for a family of 10 (4 couples, 2 kids) due to the fact there are 5 on-suite bathrooms. Beach access is just a short walk. The pool was a great break from the beach.

I cannot express how awesome this stay was for me and my family! The home itself is beautiful and located in an excellent location, just a quick walk to the beach. The landscaping was excellent and the pool was as well. The rooms are all very well placed throughout and the dining room area was spacious, with an open view of kitchen and living room! I DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE!!!! My family and I will definitely book this exact property again soon before it gets too cold!

Awesome vacation property!!!

Bedrooms clean, good sized. Bathrooms all clean. Kitchen had all necessary equipment. They have both a coffee maker and a Keurig. Pool area was nice. Elevator was nice to have....but it's located in an awkward spot

Ride out Ian at a Family Affair

We really enjoyed your beautiful home. 8 friends on our annual fall trip. Close to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Loved the kitchen, had everything we needed to cook meals . We were there during hurricane Ian and felt very safe in your house. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.
