There is a covered sitting area with a view of the Gulf of Mexico. Flat screen TV with cable (ESPN included) and Wifi. Please note the owner does keep their boat on the property and it is not for renter use. Please do not block access to the owner's boat.

Spacious covered sitting area great for cooking and hanging out with friends and family. Swings, chairs and picnic table included.
