A very large modern apartment (200sq meter)with superb 180deg ocean views
on walkways and cycle tracks.secure storage for bikes off carport
Ideal for larger groups friends and family great kitchen suitable for catering for large groups.
EXCLUSIVE use of the apartment and section
Enormous outside deck to enjoy the views and relax
Watch the cruise ships come into port or the yacht club racing from the well appointed sheltered deck.

Four bedrooms one upstairs with super king and ensuite three downstairs one super king two with three single beds each

Childrens playground and surf club across the road cycle/walkways out front. A small shopping centre, with fish and chip ,chemists ,hair dressing, Dairy.
Napier main bars and cafes only a few minutes drive or a nice stroll .
High speed Internet no limit and Netflix enable
Great on site car parking

Minimum booking period 5 nights 24 December to 31 January. Minut decibel noise monitoring in dinning area and carport NB these record noise they don’t record voice.

We stayed with family and friends. Everyone had plenty of room and the kids got to choose where they slept. Beds were comfortable and the property had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome sunrise, great space

It was a great space for 4 adults and 4 children.. absolutely loved the sunrise. The whole family watched the sunrise on Saturday. Playground across the road, cycle/walkway. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment, plenty of space for our Whanau of 10. Perfect view of the beach, spent most of our day and night on the outside patio, safe for toddlers. Park and beach directly across the road. AAA
