Master Bedroom Private bathroom/Pet friendly/ long stays welcome.
This townhome is in a small 7 unit community with a safe & friendly neighborhood. It is a quiet three bedroom townhouse and all rooms located upstairs. Fully furnished, private parking and plenty of street parking.
My goal is for our guest to have a safe space and feel like being home away home, comfortable . My house has a modern decor, cozy,,quiet & tidy. The common shared areas will be the living room, kitchen and outside space/patio. There’s assigned garage parking in addition to free street parking. Pet friendly home, but If any damages are detected you will be charged automatically. Walkable neighborhood with Mountain View.
You’ll enjoy a very spacious master bedroom, comfy bed and private bathroom. The room has a king size bed, roller twin size bed and leather futon sleeper, 55in TV, mini fridge, ceiling fan, iron board, iron, hangers, extra blankets upon request. If you’re here for business you also have a large desk & chair for comfortable work space, private bathroom and door has a lock key for privacy.
Long stays available if interested 3+ months lease agreement required $1950 monthly rent Plus $50 month for share Electric bill. $300 deposit with $200 refundable
