Everything about the property was excellent, distance to all amenities was a few minutes stroll. We will definitely return as our two night stay was simply not long enough. Thanks Paul and Joanne for a fab stay
The property is absolutely beautiful with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect with just a short walk into town. We would definitely recommend this property for your stay in fabulous Hebden Bridge. 5 stars.
Five ladies stayed at your wonderful house and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! We loved the fact that we were a stones throw away from everything and that there was parking.
Everything was just perfect couldn't fault anything.
Our whole group had a fabulous stay at 2 Regent Street! The location is walking distance from everything in Hebden Bridge: we enjoyed the local coffee shops, bakeries, and pubs all a short walk away. We also walked to the train station and visited York and Halifax.
The house was big enough for our family of six and even when friends came round we could comfortably visit.
Paul and the lovely Joanne were very helpful and friendly before, during, and after our stay. I hope when we return, we can stay again. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.
I booked this property for a family holiday - two grandparents, two parents and a ten year old child. From initial contact with the owner right through until the end of the stay, all was absolutely brilliant. The house is so beautifully decorated, and really well thought out, with such great attention to detail. It was spotlessly clean, and some really lovely extra touches provided. The location is very central in Hebden Bridge, just a few minutes walk to the square, shops and restaurants, but also tucked away and quiet. All the family who stayed there loved it, and we would definitely book again for the next get together. Thank you very much to you all for the warm welcome and for looking after us so well.
A mid week getaway,We wanted to stay in Hebden Bridge the location was absolutely perfect good parking, two minute walk into the town centre, and just over an hours drive from Harrogate through the most beautiful countryside.
The house absolutely lives up to its description extremely comfortable and lots of kind touches. I highly recommend this homestay

About the host
Hosted by Paul Murphy
Originally from the UK, with family ties to Hebden Bridge and the surrounding area, but Canada has been our home since 1975. We inherit a family home just 3 doors away in the same terraces of homes, which we upgraded for our own use and offered as a holiday let to offset expenses, this was in 2011. We are grateful to our many guests who have supported our small successful venture over the years. From this experience we decided to purchase this property which was in need of extensive upgrade . We owe much to the Hebden Bridge community that has supported our family over the years, and like to think that while meeting own objectives we are supporting local tourism in the Hebden Bridge and thus the local economy. We ensure were ever possible we source all our required services from Hebden Bridge to support the local area is in return is key to our success.
