I was locked out of this subpar listing

Note the listing says downtown, but it's just outside the downtown area. I didn't mind the location, but the experience was poor. We were not able to enter the house upon arrival. As instructed, I contacted the owner regarding the problem. The owner was not reachable by various methods of contact for quite some time. He was finally able to reset the pin required for entry, but this delay did cause us to be late for a local event. Once inside, it smelled heavily of mold/mildew, and the house needs a lot of updates. The pictures in the postings look cleaner due to overexposure, but the place is old, small, and dingy. The back patio seemed lovely in the photos, but the backyard is overgrown, and the outside furniture is covered in dirt, making the space unusable. I would recommend another location as the value vs. experience was not what we expected, and the host is not the most accommodating.

So first of all they said it would be ready by 3, I got there at 340 and the cleaning lady was still there said to come back at 4, she didn't leave until 430. And surprisingly didn't get much cleaning done there was pubic hair under the bed and couch , like alot, and somebody's head hair was scattered all over the back deck area, DISGUSTING. The sink was leaking the stove was broken there was expired coffee creamer and somebody's frozen mcdonalds frappe left in the freezer. When i asked the owner for a discount or full refund he just stopped replying. Definitely would not recommend this place to anybody way overpriced and unnaceptable for what was given.
