Not well maintained

Great location. Great communication from the host. Very quick to respond. But the place was filthy. Needs to be seriously updated. Internet didnt work. While house is in a great location and cute neighborhood, i would not recommend until some major improvments are made to the property.

Overall good

The property was as listed. Location is great. Neighborhood is good. Close to downtown. Older duplex. A few minor things need attention. Nothing was a deal breaker.

My indy trip

This place was in a perfect location. The house itself is on the older side but everything we needed was there and the price was perfect. It was freezing cold downstairs cause the ac couldn't adjust but nothing a sweater couldn't solve. I would definitely stay here again.
