Sea Oaks 307 is a 2-bedroom, 2 bath ocean front condominium located just a half mile from the Garden City Pier. Upgrades for 2021 include new flooring, furniture, appliance and more! The master bedroom now has a king bed for 2022! The 2nd bedroom has a queen. There's a sleeper sofa in the living area so the property accommodates 6. Sea Oaks 307 has 3 TVs, a DVD player and WIFI. The Sea Oaks complex amenities include an oceanfront pool, gazebo for shaded seating and an elevator. This property is non-smoking and does NOT allow pets. Limit 2 parking passes. No trailers or golf carts allowed.

Sea Oaks is located 0.5 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County and just a short drive to some 57 golf courses in the Murrells Inlet area. This three-story complex offers ocean view or direct ocean front units. Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Enjoy swimming in the outdoor oceanfront pool, which is open Easter/April 1 to October 1. The beach is steps away from the pool area, so pack your beach gear and have some fun in the sun, sand, and surf! For your convenience, there is an elevator at Sea Oaks. Dine in and barbeque at the outdoor grill area or go for a short drive to dine out at one of several local restaurants. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

Exactly as pictured with a GREAT view

This top floor corner unit has a great view facing the ocean and north up the beach, whether you are sitting on the balcony, or sitting in the living room. The location is perfect, about a half mile to the pier to the south, and a half mile to an ocean side resteraunt to the north. The unit was spotless when we arrived, and the beds were already made. What a great start to our vacation!
