A 200 metre stroll will have you dipping your toes into the surf at the patrolled Kings Beach, or have some fun amongst the area's only Water Fountains.  With plenty of grassy, shady areas, play grounds, BBQs, cafes and restaurants, entertainment will be taken care of, so no need to drive.

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the view and watching the ships go by. 5 minute walk to the beach, coffee shops & surf club. Beds very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need.

Amazing views and location for family holiday

A lovely presented apartment, clearly well looked after and has all the things one needs for a family of 4. Amazing views! BBQ access for the apartment would be great but we made do with the pool area BBQ facility. Thoroughly recommend for a holiday spot as within walking distance to Kings Beach and some great places to eat, especially Kings Beach Tavern.

The unit is wonderful - clean, great views, spacious, central and it contained new games and great books to read as well as a functional TV and sitting area. We definitely would stay again. To make it even better would be to have sheets and towels included as well as shampoo, soap and tissues. A very lovely place to stay

Beautiful, spacious and well equipped

This apartment had everything you needed or wanted for a stay at the sunny coast. Views, stylish and new finishes, quality appliances and thoughtful touches such as coffee and tea, salt and pepper, books and board games. This was also one of the cleanest places we have stayed, very comfortable and cared for.
