Quaint little place but perfect for our needs. Great location in town above a coffee shop. Easy to walk to all the downtown shops and eateries. One small request was addressed promptly. Would stay at this property again.
Stayed at this cute property in downtown Saugatuck while in town for a wedding. It was perfect for our stay, close to everything, we were able to walk to the cute shops and restaurants. Can't wait to visit Saugatuck again in the future.
Stayed the weekend w our 2 small kids for a wedding and this property was perfect. Very easy check in, host communication great. Beautiful area. Great park right across the street for kiddos, in the heart of everything downtown Saugatauk. Barely used our car, you can walk to almost every restaurant, shop, bars. Apartment is perfect for 4 people, super clean, fully stocked, highly recommend.
Michael was a very friendly and helpful host. Bed and pull out couch were both very comfortable and the apartment was very clean. Amazing location! Only less-than-ideal part was how hard the air conditioning blows over the bed.
We chose to stay in this property for a second time because we love it's location in Saugatuck. It's a short walk to everything. The space is perfect for a couple.
This was the perfect cozy nook for my partner and I to stay in Saugatuck this October. This upstairs apartment has everything you'll need, including a full kitchen, and a couch with a smart TV for those rainy afternoons. The bed is on the harder side - which was great for my partner! There's parking right outside the door, but best of all is the proximity to town. You can walk to every shop, restaurant, or bar in the town within 5-10 minutes. Don't hesitate to stay here to explore adorable Saugatuck!
This is one of the nicest VRBO's I've stayed in! The decor is so nice and it's a comfortable size for 4 people for a couple of nights. We loved the location because it's so easy to walk to the shops and restaurants in Saugatuck. The parking lot is a convenient perk. The owner has done a great job with decorating the space, providing ample towels, nice coffee and assistance if needed.
Great location for checking out everything Saugatuck has to offer. Just a short stroll to the riverfront and all the shops and restaurants. We never needed our car as we walked everywhere. Unit was very clean and comfortable. Perfect for the two of us. I would definitely rent again.
Long weekend with the girls. Great space! Some stairs to get up but very clean and decor was fabulous! Downstairs was a bike rental and yoga studio which we took advantage of. Saugatuck is a wonderful place to visit! Lots of fun!
Property was nice and clean. We arrived on Sunday 9/1 and the parking lot was filled due to it being a holiday weekend. Owner of a business nearby allowed us to park parallel to the garage doors, and made the effort to find us a parking space once a car left the lot. Overall the trip was great!
We loved being able to walk everywhere. Having parking was definitely a perk! Place was clean and everything we needed was there. Our only issue was a really loud blower (heat) at night and we didn't find the bed to be comfortable. The bed was very firm and every time someone moved, it was very squeaky. Our 4 yo loved the park across the street and walking to get ice cream. Overall, we loved our weekend!!
We enjoyed our weekend getaway in Saugatuck. The property was conveniently located and within walking distance of the downtown shops and restaurants. It had everything that we needed for our short stay and would recommend it to anyone else looking to check out the Saugatuck area.
This property wasn’t terrible but for the price I expected it to be much nicer than Jerry rigged lights and ancient bedding. The location was great and parking okay but not worth the price tag
Such a great location and space! Everything you'll want to do in Saugatuck is nearby and the space was charming. Staying there was very enjoyable!

This place could have been wonderful.
This place could have been wonderful. The carpet was matted and even crunchy. You could see the dust build up on the edges of the carpet in some areas. In the bathroom, the dust was piled up on the light fixtures above the sink. Many of the towels were grey (used to be white) and stained with age. The sheets didn't match and seemed old. Lying in bed I could see the dust build up on the fan blades. The bedroom vent rattled like crazy when the AC kicked on. Hubby got a chair and was able to fix it, otherwise we would have had left the place. The VRBO photos were taken with some sort of wide angle lens and the place is smaller than it appears in the pics. With so much dust and dirt visible, we were a bit grossed out about possible sanitary and cleanliness issues which made our stay unpleasant. Loved the location, just outside of the bustle and fun of town. Very walkable location.
There are some real positives to this unit: the location can’t be beat, the WiFi is speedy, charming decor, and check-in was really easy.
There are some details, though, that hold it back from being a 5-star property: the shower head was moldy and starting to rust. A stack of towels in the bathroom all smelled strongly of mildew. Behind the bed we found some headphones and a small towel. In the refrigerator there was a dirty napkin left behind. Individually, these are little things that would be easy to forgive, but all combined made us question how thoroughly the space had been cleaned.
Overall, though, we would stay again if the price was right.
