This beautiful, updated 3 story home is set on a quiet half acre adjoining Fort Rock park where kids can run free and play at the playground, soccer field and sports courts. With 6 bedrooms and loft plus 3 full baths it provides a relaxing retreat for up to 17 people.

Enjoy your vacation at Sunriver in a large, desirable home that has plenty of room for your whole family! Enjoy 12 complimentary SHARC passes, whole house A/C, Flat screen TV's with cable and DVD in each bedroom, a new Hot Tub, Ping-pong, Air Hockey and Foosball as well as 10 bicycles of all sizes and sporting equipment for the park.

The house is surrounded by pine trees, quietly set back from Shamrock Lane, with a forested hill to the rear providing a significant amount of privacy.

On the main floor are the Master with King and 2 other queen bedrooms. The spacious and private master bedroom includes a master suite bath with large walk-in shower. The well-appointed kitchen and open living room, as well as 3 more bedrooms, are on the main floor. The "Dorm" room includes 3 twin beds, 1 full bed, and 1 trundle bed for all of the kids to stay. There is a large loft on the 3rd floor overlooking the living room with foosball table, arcade games, a game table and 55" TV and 3 couches in a reading nook. Downstairs, there is a full laundry room and plenty of places to store your essentials and adventuring gear.

The house is fully air conditioned and includes many essentials to make your stay enjoyable. Such as:
• (6) Flat screen TV's, each with Cable and DVD
• Well stocked Kitchen with abundant cookware and utensils.
• Appliances including Keurig Coffee maker (With pods), Microwave, Crockpot, Griddle, Toaster, and more.
• (6) cell phone charging bank (USB-C, Micro USB, and Apple)
• Pack-n-play, High Chair, Stroller, and baby gates
• Toiletries - Including Toilet paper, shampoo, soap and handsoap.

Kids and adults will find the lava features and large pine trees to the rear of the house to be exciting to discover and play on. The soccer fields, kid’s playground, basketball courts, horseshoe pits, and tennis and pickle ball courts are all located just beyond the small hill behind the house.

Great home in a wonderful location. I have stayed in many homes in Sunriver this one is top notch! This home had everything we needed to accommodate our family ranging from 10 months to 60 years. It does have a lot of stairs but is even equipped with baby gates if needed. Nicely located close to the park for the kids.

Wonderful place to stay for a multigenerational family gathering. The location next to the park and pickleball courts was ideal for the kids. The set up of the home with the game room / loft upstairs, and the ping pong / air hockey in the garage was perfect for children of all ages. Every one had a space to play! Loved having all the bikes and sporting equipment as well. This home is a perfect place for a fun and easy family vacation with a wide age range of kids. We hope to be back!

Our family of 16 had an incredible time at this beautiful Sunriver home! The house was spacious and thoughtfully laid out—there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax, yet still feel connected. Every age group was taken care of with fantastic amenities, from games and cozy gathering spaces to outdoor features that kept everyone entertained. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking large meals, and the bedrooms were comfortable and private.The location couldn’t have been better—close to bike trails, the SHARC center, and everything else Sunriver has to offer. Great location if you have young ones as you can walk to the park. We visited the lava caves, floated the river, enjoyed the free live music on FRI and Sat nights and went to the SHARC almost daily. The video games and air hockey were a huge hit!! We had a few issues upon arrival but host responded quickly.

Finally a home that can fit everyone!

This home was absolutely perfect for our big family reunion that we had! So many beds, trundle beds, blankets, space, etc. We cooked, played games, sang & had so much fun visiting. I highly recommend this home for groups of 10+. 6 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms!

I am a small business owner who loves the outdoors. My wife and I bought this house for our 8 children and 3 grandchildren to enjoy for years to come. We love Sunriver and all that it has to offer.

Why they chose this property

Our home is very inviting and comfortable. It sleeps up to 17 people and there is plenty of room for everyone. The property is located on Fort Rock park. The back yard opens up to a small hill where the kids can play and just beyond are the ball fields and basketball courts. There is a paved loop around the park to walk and enjoy the sun and beyond the field is a great kids area. Its a short walk to the SHARC where you can enjoy pools and waterslides in the summer, or sledding and tubing in the winter.

What makes this property unique

6 bedrooms on a huge, private 1/2 acre lot. A/C and Gas heat, new hot tub, close to Fort Rock park.
