Ocean front complex of 10 homes with community pool (approximate dimensions 36 x 20). Pool is open Easter/April 1st to October 1st. House is direct ocean front and is located on the south corner of complex. WIFI. Covered porches. Outside shower. Approximate square footage 1900. Only a few hundred yards to the Surfside Beach Pier. Walk to restaurants, ice cream shop, beachwear store. No smoking or pets allowed.

Great location

We’ve stayed in the area before and love this location. While some of the beds were creaky and uncomfortable, you can’t beat the location with access to a pool. We had an issue with the AC breaking and the property manager fixed it the same day.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay because of the location and space in the house. We loved the beach views and access to restaurants and shopping. My elderly parents had trouble getting out to the beach. The path to the public entrance needs to be cleaned up & bushes cut back. The bathroom floors were dirty when we arrived and the carpet upstairs is stained and worn. There were a lot of pots & pans put away dirty. The refrigerator has some kind of leak and a hand towel was left in there to absorb the water. The ice maker didn’t work very well. The dryer door doesn’t stay shut so we had to tape it closed to dry our clothes. The house could use some updating—appliances, ceiling fans, carpet.

The house is next to a public parking lot. I think the location of this parking lot caused the beach to be more crowded. At times it was difficult to maintain "social distance". But, it is wonderful to be so close to the beach.
